Sorry about that! Why didn’t I look at Unilocal before sitting down? i was at the mall, the pedi chairs were good, the wait was zero. Now down to the important details on my regular manipedi: the towels were rags with permanent stains and holes… big ones! My cuticles, on the next day are ragged. On one hand, my nails are now less than paper thin, and one has broken 3 times in one day– I’ve had to cut, reshape, and repeat in a few hours on 2 nails. The separators did look a bit overused. On the other, had polish peel completely off one finger… really? No return — lesson learned.

SUPER UNHYGIENIC! They tried to use the same pair of toe separators on my mom as the girl before her, didn’t clean their equipment between customers, and the towels were filthy. For your own HEALTH and SAFETY please DO NOT GO HERE. Try classy nails by le! Everything is sanitary and safe :)

Walked in without an appt @ 7pm tonight to see if they had time to do a fill and the girl at the desk said they had nobody in the shop that could do fills. Um, aren’t you all licensed nail techs?! How the hell did you all pass state boards if you don’t know how to do fills? (I call bullshit because I used to do nails.)
I guess if all you want is a pedi, this is the place for you… Rediculous!

Awful customer service. I asked for stripes on my toes and they were lopsided and jagged. The lady didn’t say one word until it was time for a time. I would never go back.
