Great place to trade in items you no longer use. I do occasionally find a treasure at this location. New owner is allowing buyers a bit more flexibility in what is purchased so I’m looking forward to a change in the inventory here. Love the gals that work here and DL the friendly male cashier at the front. Every trip is always a pleasure.

Twice as Nice is one of my favorite thrift stores for clothing and this location is my favorite location. The people who work here are very nice. Last Tuesday I brought in three small bags of clothing around 1:30pm. I signed in and they told me it would be 15 minutes and they would have my offer ready. They were even quicker than their quoted time. Even though they only chose a few items to keep I appreciated their speed. Most of the time I don’t even bother with trying to resell/trade clothing because of the process and wait. Here they make it worth your time. I received about $ 18 dollars in trade credit for a few items, not great but better than just putting them in a donation box. They give you your store credit on a plastic debit like card. I find the card so much easier to keep track of than a receipt or a piece of paper. I have to say, I really like the selection and variety of clothing this store carries. It isn’t just clothing for teenagers or overly trendy silly looking clothing. The store is cleverly divided in sections. This store has a black dress section and a women’s Hawaii shirt section. They have so much to choose from and look through that I recommend coming in with a plan. I like to decide what I am looking for in advance i.e. a pair of jeans, or a sweater, or a sundress and then stick to the plan. Just a note, I really appreciate the organization by size and color especially in the pants and jeans sections. This store carries clothing for the whole family, clothing for work, and casual clothing. I have even found very reasonably priced formal wear here. They even have nice dressing rooms. Tuesday I used #6 and it was large and had plenty of hooks. This store, this location, is probably my favorite place to buy used clothing in Tucson. I really can recommend Twice as Nice on Grant. Check them out, and recycle some of your extra clothing.

I love selling to this location. All the workers are really nice and personable. They sometimes will even remember my name, which shows they are customer service oriented. I feel that they give a good trade value — I mean — they need to make money to, right? I bought a few great pieces for myself and a ton of stuff for my baby. I love how sometimes you can find brand new things with tags on, or stuff that look like they’ve been used once or twice. Great store, worth checking out.

I had an awesome experience here tonight. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I had a really good laugh with the manager and the guy who rang up my items, even though I am sure they were ready to leave because it was closing time! I love how they have racks arranged per color, just like my closet! Most times I just want to pick my favorite color! This made it really easy!

I’d probably be complaining about the sell value but I didn’t even get to sell because«their counter closes at 7». Ummm OK it would have been nice to know that before i drove my ass over here. Why are you even still open after 7 then?

I was pleasantly surprised going to the grant location. I thought it would be dirty and the items in horrible condition but I was wrong. Walking in the store was clean and nicely put together. As I browsed the clothes I was pleasantly surprised to see clothes that were in like new or brand new condition with the original tags still on them. Not only that but the amount of name brand and high quality name brand clothing was astounding! I will definitely be back and I’m sorry but Twice as Nice on Pantano and Broadway just got knocked off the list if places I will shop.

I’ve been in here a few times and have only had great experiences! They have impressive customer service and the place is clean and well organized. They go out of their way to be helpful. I’ve also traded some baby and maternity clothes and have been pleased by the amount of trade offered. Also if you sign up for their emails they offer coupons.

Ugh, why do I always fall into this same trap?! There’s something I don’t like about a place and I vow never to return, then I get sucked right back in simply because of the convenience factor(e.g., close to the house). That’s how I feel about this place. After my first time in there I thought I’d never return. Its small, cluttered, not the best quality, and doesn’t really have that great of stuff(mostly clothes). I took in a TON(like — 5 boxes full) of brand name, gently used baby stuff and was offered $ 5 or $ 20 in trade. Are you kidding me?! Instead, I now donate my stuff to the Women’s Shelter just down the street(a way better organization than Goodwill, but that’s another story). At any rate — I would not suggest this place. They suck at the amount they’ll give you for buying and their inventory is not impressive. Sometimes I fall back into the trap just because its«right there’(literally around the corner from my house) but honestly — there’s nothing great about it!

The new location seems to be more organized as well as the way things are done. The trade ratio for selling isn’t the greatest. They do have a large selection of clothes and shoes. However, they do offer a lot of baby stuff that is very decently priced and looks barely used.

Their new location has more floor space but their prices versus the value of the trade you receive is terrible. For each item they give you $ 1-$ 2 in trade credit compared to the $ 6+ they will sell each item for. The clothes aren’t two impressive for the price they have. Most of the jeans are aged or show they have been through too many washings. T-Shirts are faded and overly stretched. I can get a new $ 5 shirt online in this competitive low market so why bother returning? I would rather give my clothes to the needy rather than for a dollars credit for worse off clothing.
