Business owner Dave Thomas clearly does not value customers! Mustard was accidentally spilled on my white jeans at a local restaurant in June. The restaurant immediately offered to pay for the cost of cleaning or replacing the pants if the stain did not come out. Tucson cleaners managed to get the stain out but when the attendant checked the pants she noticed they had very visible discolored spots all over them. She sent them back several times. When I went to pick them up the 3rd time they were noticeably whiter but the spots were still there. After several calls to the store manager Ckarissa and my insistence on resolving the issue, Dave finally called me. It is now October!!! He said my pants were stained and in bad shape when I brought them in. This is s LIE!!! I told him the attendant who received the pants could vouch for that. He then basically said oh they don’t look at the whole garment; they just flag the stain. Seems he has way better attendants at the store then he realizes. He kept stating that my pants were in bad shape and had stains and that he would not budge on his untruthful position. He actually had the nerve to tell me I should take them to the restaurant where the mustard stain happened for reimbursement!!! How dishonest would that be??? Dave failed miserably at owning the problem and taking care of the customer. Tucson Cleaners might get a stain out but if there is an issue be certain there will not be resolve to the customer’s satisfaction. The owner showed he is dishonest and doesn’t care about customer service! He is not worthy of your business.

I brought my black blazer to this location. This was my first time that I dry cleaned something. I went to their website and found out they have coupons. They are VERYUSEFUL. When I got there the lady working that day look as if she didn’t want to help me and was rude. I brushed it off and when I came back there was another lady working. She was very nice and had excellent customer service. Most likely I will come back to this location. I would recommend this place.

I brought in my lab coat for dry cleaning on a Thursday afternoon and requested that it be cleaned within 24 hours. The lady said she would have it ready by the following evening for an extra 25 cent charge, which was fine with me. My coat had some food stains that I wanted removed, so I specifically took it to a dry cleaner’s to make sure that they were taken out. When I came back for my garment, I paid the $ 8.10 I owed and initially, I was pleased because the coat was nicely pressed and ironed and I thought the stains were gone. When I went to inspect it further, all of the stains were still there. I’m talking 2 – 3 stains that weren’t removed or even lessened at all. I honestly felt like I wasted money because I could have ironed my coat and done nothing to the stains for free. I don’t think I will be coming back here.

I brought in a very dirty white suit and Tucson Cleaners took special care to get it as clean as humanly possible, without charging a cent more. Highly recommended!
