Troy grew up in the limelight of a prominent political family, earned a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona, and served as a board member of the Tucson Botanical Gardens making him the well-​rounded individual you need to achieve and master your real estate goals

History

Established in 2004.

In 1994, Troy began his career in Southern California through the purchasing, renovation and selling of homes and condo complexes. In 1999, The Coldwell Banker franchise in Sedona, Arizona hired his team to run and expand their operations soon making that Brokerage the number one real estate company in Sedona. As a result of our great success we were then pursued by the Coldwell Banker Franchise in Lake Tahoe/​Reno Nv to take over the operations of 7 branch offices which we grew to 10 and complete market domination.

2004 brought about a complete change and direction for Troy as he relocated back to his home town of Tucson and left behind the Operations side of Real Estate for the Sales side. In Troy’s first year as a Realtor, he was awarded rookie of the year for Southern Arizona and to his surprise also took rookie of the year for the entire state of Arizona and has never looked back since.
