In the process, you’ll rebuild your body, relearn your body and reawaken your body. Elle Tivine creates programs meant to meet you at YOUR particular level and then continually push you to your limits. The result: personal training programs that create results fast. A total body workout with Tivine Fitness can take just 30 minutes. Group Fitness Classes are held at The Movement Shala and Breakout Studios on 4th Avenue. Classes are just $ 9 if you register online.

Business Owner
Elle trained her first client in 2001. In 2011, she decided it was time to devote herself to the thing she loves most: helping people find their best bodies.
A runner in high school, a die-hard hurdler, until the day someone’s honest mistake ended her career. By the end of her senior year, she was 40 lbs overweight and terribly unhappy. She joined a gym, hired a trainer… and hated it. So she started training herself. Not only did she get the weight off, but she found myself in better shape than she had ever been.
Over the years, she has helped clients from all walks of life return to a body they love. Each person — each body — encountered has been unique, and Elle feels grateful to have been able to guide them on their journeys.
