My family ate here tonight. The waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. We ordered our food, and drinks. My dads French toast, bacon and eggs came out then my Gyro Platter came out a minute later.(We usually don’t eat until we all have our food) and a couple minutes go by as we wait for my brothers plate and the waiteress comes by and explains the cook«Didn’t see«there was a hamburger written down on the ticket or whatever, my dad was cool with it but hinted that he wanted them to take some cost of our ticket for their mess up. and she agreed and left. We offered my brother parts off our plates because he was just sitting there all awkward as we started to eat. About ¾ of our plates were finished before they brought his burger and fries… Still the waitress was attentive even after that. We finally go up to pay, and they didn’t take a penny off the bill for screwing that up.(He didn’t even like his burger at all. I don’t blame him it looked gross) the waitress said she asked the boss, and he said not to take anything off our bill. So I guess its their way of saying«ya we messed up, deal with it». My dad said thank you anyways and we left. Not very good customer service by who ever the boss is in my opinion. That is something that tells a lot about the business as a whole…

This place is closed all the time. Maybe open 3 months out of 24. Take this off the list!

I hate to say it, but my husband and I, who are locals, just don’t go to this restaurant. It is owned by the same people that ran another restaurant farther east years ago that we had also gone to several times in the distant past(It’s no longer open, although through no fault of it’s own — the property got sold) Unfortunately, the Three Points Restaurant has very nearly the same tired, old menu as the other restaurant. I cannot say the food is BAD — if you are passing through the area, you would probably find it adequate enough. It’s just not very exciting, and(just like in the previous restaurant I mentioned) any time we went here we ended up with the vague, dissatisfied feeling of «why did we just pay money for that?» We just don’t care for this restaurant, and would prefer to go to better ones in the area.(See my few other reviews). Sorry! :(

We visited this restaurant for lunch while touring around the Tucson area on vacation. If this restaurant were in Tucson proper, I wouldn’t bother to eat there. However, it was totally acceptable for a restaurant out in the middle of nowhere, and I’ve rated it as compared with other random roadside restaurants. The staff was friendly, the restaurant spacious and clean, and the menu extensive. Everyone in our party, including the children, was able to find something on the menu that they enjoyed. My daughter is a notoriously picky eater, but she ate her entire plate of spaghetti with meat sauce. Other menu items ordered by our party included burgers with fries, onion rings, and a Reuben sandwich. None of it was the kind of food that would make us go out of our way to return, but we wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if we were in the neighborhood.

Now, please note that I am NOT trying to close this business down, being the first to review and only giving it two stars. It wasn’t bad, but I have experienced a lot better. First of all, it was close to 5:00 on a Friday, and I was expecting this place to be hopping, but it wasn’t. Maybe because it was close to being out in the middle of nowhere? I dunno. But when we walked in, there were maybe two other tables filled, and the patrons of those tables left while we were there. Anyway, we were promptly greeted and given menus, and I was pleased to see a variety of options on the menu. I finally chose one of the dishes they had on special, stuffed flounder. However, when I asked the waitress what the flounder was stuffed with, all she could say was that it’s homemade. She couldn’t tell me the ingredients of the stuffing(like was it seafood stuffing with crab and cheese? Thanksgiving-type stuffing? I mean, what if I had an allergy to something that I had been thinking about ordering?). While I LOVE seafood stuffing(the type that’s in the stuffed sole at Red Lobster or stuffed seafood at other restaurants), I absolutely DETEST Thanksgiving-style stuffing(the stuff makes me gag). When the plate arrived, I was dismayed to find a large piece grilled fish laying on top of some Thanksgiving-style stuffing. However, since I ordered it, I decided to try it, and I was pleasantly surprised. I actually liked it. I actually found a non-seafood stuffing that I liked. The fish and the stuffing were good, but the rest was, well, meh. The dinner came with a roll that tasted like it came from the pre-packaged bread department at the grocery store. It also came with vegetables, and I was hoping for some fresh green ones, like brocolli or zucchini, or perhaps maybe cauliflower. Instead, it came with a carrot and corn mix that had obviously been either canned or frozen. It did not taste fresh at all, and it tasted greasy(not quite buttery, but more greasy). The dinner came with my choice of soup, so I chose clam chowder. The chowder was good, but not great. I must admit that it surpassed the chowder that you get at Red Lobster or even some seafood restaurants in New England; however, at the same time, I’ve had a lot better. Unlike canned chowder(or Red Lobster’s chowder), this chowder was thick and creamy, and it was loaded with carrots and potatoes. However, apart from the overload of pepper, the taste was rather bland. Since we were pretty much the only table filled(there may have been one other filled), the place was dead, so during most of our stay the waitress was near the front, gabbing with another waitress. This didn’t really bother me since there wasn’t anybody else to wait on, but I thought she could have been a little more attentive to us. She only stopped to refill our drinks once, and she never checked back to see if we needed anything(in fact, I had to flag her down after we got our order to get another place setting). The bathroom at this place is ABSOLUTELYDISGUSTING. There were rings in both the toilet and the sink, and both looked like they had never been cleaned. The floor was also dirty(both caked in dirt and littered with paper towels and toilet paper). My «neat» standards are a lot lower than most people, and something has to be awfully dirty to gross me out; but this bathroom definitely grossed me out. I wouldn’t have even mentioned the restroom had it just been littered with paper towels/toilet paper, but unfortunately, there was a lot more to the mess than that. If I lived in the area, I definitely wouldn’t be a regular of this place, but I probably would return again, because there were a few other menu items that I wanted to try. I likely wouldn’t return if I were to get a similar experience(both food– and service-wise) on the subsequent visits, though.
