One of my least favorite in middle eastern restaurant in tucson, hummus tastses like out of a can. kabob was dry and not a big deal. Pita was from a bag. Just nothing to go on about with this place. I should have known at lunch we were the only table besides a women and listened to the other reviewer!

I thoroughly enjoyed Tanyas. Although Middle Eastern food isn’t my fave, the food was very good and I will go back. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get the food but worth it.

The man works here and owns the joint puts love in his food! Tikka chicken was to die for. My must go to place in Tucson! Bless them. The baklava is amazing too. Really talk to him, he is sweet and bends over backwards to please his customers!

Excellent authentic atmosphere! Had their pistachio baklava, best this side of the Atlantic! Tanya’s is an undiscovered gem in Sam Hughes! Recommended to me by a friend who lived in Turkey as the best in Tucson, and I have to agree!

Excellent food, great prices and the nicest family. I had lamb and okra and the tabouli was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

The food was horrible, the humus was canned, the rice was dry, the lamp was parsley cooked. No offense we shouldn’t have payed a single penny. I don’t recommend it at all.

Yummy Middle Eastern food. Their TABOULI is AMAZING and their two kinds of BAKLAVA are SUPERDELICIOUS! I also totally enjoyed the hummus with pita and cucumber salad. Great prices, excellent service, and lots of vegetarian options. They also have a lovely selection of Turkish candies… Nice addition to food choices in the area ~ I look forward to going back and trying their falafel.
