My specialization is residential Real Estate throughout Tucson AZ. I do most of my business in Central Tucson near the university area (West University, Sam Hughes, Catalina Vista, Blenmen Elm) with students and parents. I also work heavily with first time buyers. You name it in real estate, I can, will, and love doing it!

History

Established in 2008.

It all started when I was six years old. I watched my mother buy and restore early 1900’s victorian homes in the Northwest. About the age of eight is when I started helping knock out walls and such. Driving around and looking at houses and land is what we did for a break and for fun. I have always been fascinated by houses so I got my real estate license in 2008 and have been living and learning the business of Real Estate ever since. Long Realty is my broker and who I represent. I am proud to be a part of the number one Real Estate brokerage in Southern Arizona. With the huge team of people I have the pleasure of working with there is no Real Estate endevour I cannot handle.

Business Owner

My name is Surranna Vermef. I spent my early years in the north end of Tacoma Washington. I moved to Sedona Arizona for high school in 1991. I have spent a majority of the years sense in AZ between Sedona, Phoenix, and Tucson. I graduated Verde Valley School in 1995, and went to phoenix college where I studied nutrition and had a dream of becoming a registered dietitian. I moved to Tucson to finish my degree at the U of A. I love nutrition but somehow I ended up with my Real Estate license and have been working ever sense. I love being my own business owner because however hard I work determines my future directly.
