Had an awesome experience with Steamy Concepts! The tile cleaning was amazing and I cant believe how much better it looks! I posted pics, hopefully you are able to see the pictures for yourself. The carpet turned out awesome as well! They were professional, prompt, and the results were great. Wow, what a difference! Ownership contacted me after seeing this review and asked for another chance to win my business… They’ve made some nice changes and the gentleman who came to my home was prompt, efficient and thorough. I recently lost a senior pet who was leaving his «Mark» on my carpet. I came home yesterday to beautifully cleaned rugs and a nice fresh smelling home! I will definitely use their service again! I applaud the owner for making things right and he has definitely won back my business! I prefer local

Had Carl from Steamy Concepts come by on Sat (5⁄14) to clean our 12 yr old carpets. I didn’t have high hopes. Between kids (that are now teenagers) and a lot of pets coming through here over the years I just wanted better then what they were. lol An hour later we got FANTASTIC!!! Carl scrubbed his heart out and our carpets look so much better then what I had hoped for. He was on time, very knowledgeable about carpets and answered all the questions I asked. Will definitely recommend and will call again when we need a cleaning. The one little itty bitty thing I had an itsy bitsy problem w/​was that he didn’t call before coming over when they were supposed to. He said he was only a street over and didn’t see the need. The thing is that I wanted to put all our pets in a different room BEFORE he knocked on the door and wrangling them up took a bit of time. Even if it was just 30 seconds before he showed up, still would have liked the call. That’s all, it was no biggie and the most important thing is that our carpets look AMAZING!!! I’ve threatened bodily harm to my hubby and the kids if they drop anything on our newly cleaned carpets. LOL

Had my living room cleaned today by this company, my living room had not had the carpet cleaned in quite sometime. It had lots of stains, they did a phenomenal job. They were even able to get up stains that a previous carpet cleaner could not. I will be hiring them again for sure, to do my hallways and bedrooms.

Steamy Concepts did a great job on my carpets today andthey were on time. One carpet that I thought would not even come clean due to wear and tear came clean to my suprise. I am very pleased last time I got my carpets cleaned by another carpet cleaning company it took 2 days for them to dry. Today my carpets dried really fast within 3 hrs which is just perfect before the kiddos get home from school and track stuff in. I have reached out to Matt’s Company several times for work on various carpet cleaning projects. His team was on-​time, ready to go and did what they promised for the price. I heard about this company from a friend that worked for them for a couple years, and went with the recommendation. Recently I needed some advice on some standing water in my home. Thankfully Royalty Renovation, Matt’s second company was able to give me some powerful advice that saved me thousands. I had a slight spill mishap on an area rug, I thought it was impossible to save & salvage the rug, so I called Steamy Concepts & they took care of everything after that. Just got my rug back after them having it for a couple of days. It looks better now than it did brand new. No task is too big or small for them. They’re very prompt, courtesy, and professional.

I’ve known Matt and Lori a long time, way before Steamy Concepts was up and running. They are wonderful folks. I’ve referred them for years and have never heard a compliant. I have used Steamy Concepts a few times in the past couple years. They have always been very professional, knowledgable and honest. Recently, we had them do some water clean up at a rental. They arrived on time, did the inspection all the while informing us every step of the way about the progress once the cleanup started. We even got a call from the owner to check up on how his crew treated us, their cleanliness and if we felt comfortable with the process. It’s always good to deal with a locally owned company they care about their neighbors and customers. I will absolutely use this company again in the future.

Steamy concepts has always been professional and customer service oriented. Most places give you a 4 – 6 hour window of time of arrival but when I’ve scheduled about a week out, I’ve always been the first appointment of the day.
Each technician has always been friendly and explained what they were going to do thoroughly before starting with a clear expectation of the overall cost.
Steamy concepts isn’t the cheapest, but they are by far the best! You get what you pay for, and the work is quality! If you’re going to have a professional do your carpet or tile, this is the company to go with!

I recently had Steamy Concepts come out to the house and clean the interior of my truck. From the minute I got off the phone with the scheduler I already had a email confirming the appointment. The service tech was prompt and very confident in Steamy’s ability to take out some stains that had been in the truck for years. The job they did was top notch. I new the seats and carpet was dirty but WOW they sure did come clean. I had them put a fabric protector on the seats and carpets and they are staying a lot cleaner then before and are easier to spot clean now.

I’ve hired Steamy Concepts about 2 – 3 times over the past few years and have pretty much been satisfied with their service. They showed up on time and did the jobs as we’d agreed upon. They also had pretty competitive rates, which was definitely a plus. The jobs weren’t always done «perfectly» but they were done well enough that I was satisfied.
I plan to keep hiring them unless they give me a reason not to.

When I had my carpets and furniture cleaned by this Steamy Concepts, I wasn’t happy with the service, the experience, or the result. I hadn’t intended to write a Unilocal review, but I periodically get emails from this company (despite attempts to unsubscribe), and the emails tend to ask for Unilocal reviews.
The biggest sin in the emails is offering a discount in exchange for Unilocal reviews — today’s email offers $ 10 off. The email also says that if you would rate less than 5 stars, call the office instead. Paying for Unilocal reviews is a poor way to do business. Spamming customers with unwanted emails is never appreciated. I’m not sure why their unsubscribe isn’t permanent — my guess is they switch spam providers and give the entire customer list again, without getting the list of unsubscribers from the previous spam agency. Well, if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em — so I wrote a Unilocal review.

Beware!!! Stay away!!! Steamy concepts/​royalty renovations same owner !!! Called out for small leak !! They caused more damage than the water leak. As stated by matt owner !!! Dont worry your insurance company will pay for it all!!! And then ask for his other company to do the repairs !!! Also they charge you travel charge from shop to your home and back to shop!!! Stay away .If your plumbing company recommends them stay away from them to. $$ bonus!

We use Steamy twice per year since we have a big family and a dog. We have used Steamy for the last 7 years while living in this house. Extremely happy with their work. We ask for the same representative each time who knows our house well. Friendly staff. Carpets get really clean — nothing but positives from us!

Steamy Concepts Restoration responded within about two hours after I called. A leak from a split pipe had created a mini lagoon in our living room. We had to turn our water off which also meant no air conditioning. Having two little children in the home meant we needed to go to a hotel. That evening the demolition of our walls and floors started and they actually located the source of the leak which the plumber that came out earlier failed to do. As a result, we were able to have a plumber come out the following morning to fix the pipe and turn the water back on.
Now, 4 days later, the fans and dehumidifier have been removed and we only had to move out for one day. Steamy Concepts cleaned up whatever debris they could at each step of the demolition. All if the men who did the work were professional, efficient, and understanding of the impact a flooding has.
The project manager, Anthony Lopez, was understanding about my concerns regarding expense and was willing to talk with our insurance adjuster before starting any work. Although still ripped up, it is great to see dry walls with no mold.
