This clinic used to be terribly managed. If you weren’t a Spanish speaker the staff there gave you a big dose of reverse discrimination.
Last year they got a new administrator and what a difference an Angel makes! Your phone calls used to get routed to an answering machine that no one ever listened to. Calls were never returned. Messages were never delivered. You were greeted in-​person with downcast eyes and a sullen attitude. Now, they actually seem to care!
I love my PCP there. The only problem is they don’t yet have an email system. But things are looking up.
