I had a great experience getting a mani and pedi here. Very clean place and the service was friendly and professional. I’m always hesitant to try new nail salons but I’m glad I did in this case. The person who did my nails did a great job, took her time, and was very patient when I kept changing my mind about what nail polish color I wanted. I’ll go back here for sure!

After hiking for two weeks straight, I needed to tune up my feet with a pedi. I saw good reviews of Splash here and it’s right by my office, so I booked a $ 25 spa pedi. Hiroko did a great job and the salon is very comfortable. I’ll go back.

I went in to have a pedicure and the gel changed on my hands. Well the nail polish for my toes was deluged with something so the color is very weak and you can see through in some spots. The polish on my nails are bad and there are bubbles all over my nails. There are clear spots where there should be polish. The girl doing my nails never introduced herself, and complained about not being able to see very well. The lighting is horrible over the nail counters and I think that’s why most of the mistakes weren’t caught. It’s been about 3 days and my nails are peeling. Over priced for crappy polish. I won’t be going back there again which sucks because the girl was nice.

Best pedicure! They are very careful and thorough so you leave looking great! The facials are pretty good too. There are slightly cheaper pedicures around town but they are not as good.

After having a rough week of moving, my amazing husband sent me an e gift certificate to Splash after I jokingly told him on the phone that a pedicure would make it all better. I hadn’t done my feet in months. One toenail was slowly making its way to falling off. Suffice it to say my feet were NOT pretty.
After reading Unilocal reviews I booked my appointment online and arrived about 5 minutes early. The online booking gave me the option to request a pedicurist and make any notes about special requests. Since I read many good comments I requested Stephanie and made a point to request that my jet liner be replaced (I don’t know what that means really but the website said it was available upon request).
When I arrived (on a Saturday evening) the place was nearly empty, and I was paired with Janet. She was easy to talk to and willing to try a new design. I relaxed for 2 hours while the staff cleaned and conversed professionally. I was not rushed and when I noticed a ridge in the gradient color Janet immediately and graciously wiped it off and started over, allaying my guilt for bringing it up by saying she liked it better the second time. She even recommended what to do about the sad little toenail that wants to fall off once I get home. Though after her masterful work on my feet you can’t even tell!

After floating around to various nail salons I have finally found one to repeat.
Splash is very clean and the prices are great. I love that you can book your appointments online.
I took my dad to get a pedicure (his first) — he’d had back surgery and hadn’t been able to reach his feet for months — and Priscilla was amazing. She did a wonderful job and made my dad feel comfortable.

The salon was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly but a little over priced. I got the gel manicure and a week later they are already peeling. Probably won’t go back just because it’s more expensive then other places.

Called and made an appointment for three pedicures. They told us they would have plenty of time to do all three and they did two of the pedicures while I sat with my feet in water for over an hour. No one did my nails and only when I told them I no longer wanted a pedicure did the «manager» offer to do it. She was rude and confrontational when trying to get me to stay and do the pedicure. I will never be back.

They do a really good job on nails when I used to get my nails done all the time this is the place I always went. They do an amazing job on nails and pedicures and they are all a pleasure to work with so nice and very sweet. Always had good talks with the staff here. My boss only goes here because how great and affordable they are. If you are looking for a place that you will use for a long time and love going to then this is that place.

Splash came highly recommended so I gave it a try. First off, this place is run by an angry, rude dragon lady named Stephanie. I had the luck of getting her as my nail tech. Oh joy! She was snapping at her employees in front of me and telling them that «she was about to flip out on them». She didn’t speak to me at all as she aggressively pushed back my cuticles and nipped them so close I was sure I was going to bleed. I opted for a French gel manicure. When she finished, I had white all over my skin and the white lines on my nails were wobbly and uneven. I asked her to get the white off my skin and she told me it would come off on its own. Wow, really dragon lady?!! I mine as we’ll let my 3 year old niece paint my nails for me and let the polish on my skin «come off on its own». $ 37 later, my nails look awful and I’m still reeling over the total lack of customer service. Don’t waste your time, money, or good mood!

I was looking for a place near my new house and I just happened to stroll in here. I had a manicure, pedicure, and a brow wax. They were so nice and welcoming and they did an exceptional job! Stephanie and Katrina were serving me and I can’t wait to come back and have them do my nails again! :)

If I am in Tucson I go to Splash Nail N Spa. Brandon L. always does my nails and he is always amiable and competent. Whenever I go there the staff is personable, the salon is clean, the service is great, and so is the price. I can’t imagine what more a person could ask for!!!

Showed up as a walkin customer on a Tuesday morning. The staff were very very nice and the place was very clean. In the future I’ll be returning on the weekends, and they told me it’s best to make an appointment to do so.

I went on a Monday at 5:30, they close at 7:00. They were blatantly Inconvenienced I walked in. While my service was great and the message was perfect. I really like my tech but they were mopping and didn’t greet me. It was uncomfortable. If you go here make an appointment for sure and preferably the early afternoon. You can also buy your own tools and they will store them for you. I’m sure it was an off day. It looks nice and clean but not very friendly. I don’t think I’ll go back.

Came in on a Saturday morning and was taken right in. I was truly pleased with the service and staff. Emily did a great job with pedicure and my gel manicure. She took her time and was a queen with the details. I will definitely be coming in again and soon. Thanks Emily!

I took my daughter to get a pedicure on her 16^th bday. The lady that did her pedicure was really rude and made my daughter feel uncomfortable. We got the impression from her like she was being bothered. From reading all the other reviews I thought this would be a nice place to bring my daughter. Im not sure if the lady was having a bad day or what and I believe this lady was one of the owners… We will take our business elsewhere.

I went to many salons after first moving here last summer, with not so great results. I decided to try this salon which was close to my house and was very glad I did. They don’t rush through the process, which many times happens, so you don’t end up with nails that are not filled completely or being burned by the drill. Brandon and Stephanie both do a great job. Everyone is very friendly and you can make appointments on line. The atmosphere is very inviting and the salon is very clean. This is my new salon and I will keep coming back.

I think I finally found my «go to» nail salon in Tucson, after searching for three years. Today I went into the salon after reading Kate L’s review, and I was very impressed. This salon felt very welcoming and clean. I went into Splash wanting to get acrylics, and I came out with a acrylics and a pedicure. This salon reminds me of the salons back in Pennsylvania. It was clean, and everything in the nail salon was very up to date. Most of the salons in Tucson do not impress me with their lack of cleanliness, and look like it was from the ghetto (this applies to the salons by the University).
I was stationed with Stephanie who is very sweet and very relatable. She makes sure everything is perfect, and I love that she pays attention to detail. The entire process of getting my acrylics, Steph and I had a great conversation and it felt like I knew her for a long time, even though it was my first visit. I was lucky enough to watch a bunch of ladies who finished getting their pedicures who were ahead of me and I saw how they cleaned the foot spas, and it made me want to get a pedicure. I saw the results of my pink acrylic nails with a cheetah print on the ring finger, and I am so amazed! Steph made sure if I was satisfied with the nails. I was MORE than happy!
Next, I proceeded a wonderful pedicure from Jasmine. She is awesome and made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job of the essentials, as well as giving me sandal ready toes!
Overall, I will definitely drive 10 miles to go to this salon. It has fair prices and the most important; it is clean!!! I will definitely recommend Splash to my friends and I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you Steph and Jasmine!

Definitely the higher end of the strip-​mall nail salons! My mom has been coming here for years, and enjoys conversation with the salon’s owner who she reports is «brilliant and as quick as a whip». I tested it out one day, and was immeadiately impressed when my mom grabbed small plastic case from the wall with her name on it!
«Huh?»
“All the regulars get their own supplies… nail files, etc, so you don’t have to share with others” she reports.
Not only that, but when the pedicure chair water basins get cleaned out afterwards, they not only wipe down the inside but also remove the actual filter and clean that out too. My mom started coming here after she caught an infection after a pedicure at another place. This place emphasizes clean.
The pedicure itself was good, about par for the course compared to other casual, strip mall nail shops who do a good job. The folks were very friendly, prices about standard, and the shop itself was updated and very sleek. I think you’ll enjoy!
