Sonic Drive-In

Fast food, but good fast food. Service has gotten much better. Very friendly and timely.

Every time i go here the employees are always nice. But they have never gotten my order right. Every time I have specifically asked for real cherries in my drink, and they always overload it with cherry flavored syrup.

Oh my goodness!!! Rudest guy running the drive-​thru… Here’s a tip LEVI (I only know his name because I asked) … If you can’t handle the customer service bizz (which BTW entails being nice to people who are paying customers and just looking for a nice, quick meal) THEN FIND A NEW CAREER PATH!!! A NEW JOB!!! You seemed miserable and you treated me like I was an idiot! Also, the food was awful! Yuck we will never ever be back. See ya Sonic!

The Route 44 lemon berry slush always has chunks in it that get caught in the straw. I constantly get shorted on M&M and Reese’s in my Blasts. Dairy Queen may be a bit more expensive but they know how to make a Blizzard! I tried one last time after a few months of disappointment and when they were out of Reese’s they promised to give me extra M&Ms at no extra cost… what they gave me was a chopped up handful of M&Ms in my large shake! That’s it, the only reason they didn’t get a one star rating is because the workers were always very nice and friendly.

Anyone who knows me (or can read my profile) is well aware I am all about the dessert. So Sonic, prepare to be reviewed.
I happen to love your shakes! There us nothing like a chocolate cream pie shake with extra, extra, extra, extra, you get the point, extra gram cracker crumbs! The reason your shakes are aboive the bar is there are so many different combinations. While McDonalds and Dairy Queen have better soft serve, you take the cake (or the shake) when it comes to choices! I love the styrofrome cups so my hands dont get to cold, and i love that I can put practically anything into my ice cream. Plus, nothing better than msome onion rings, chili cheese tots, and motz sticks to inhale while enjoying my dessert. I would give 5 stars, but the service… SLOW. I will keep coming to you when i need a late night craving fix.

There should be an option for zero starts! I went to get a plain cheese burger, some fries, and some onion rings. It wasn’t busy at all! The guy over the speaker talked so fast I could barely understand him, they didn’t say thank you or have a good day. Then when I got home my budget was smothered in mayo, shit white lettuce, and nasty tomatoes! What part of plain don’t they understand? I called the store to complain and they treated me with more than no repect, didnt solve the problem, and when I asked for the manager or their number they refused to give it to me! They told me I could call back tomorrow at 2… because that solves the problem!!! Screw this sonic! And to the manager Jody Catrell, you are incompetent and need to be fired from you job! Get your shit together Sonic!!!

If you want service avoid this place. I and several others waited over 15 minutes to place an order at the drive up. Three cars incl, myself drove out of line and left. We all ended up at McD. Good food when you can get it, but it’s not worth the trouble.

Ever since new management took over, this sonic sucks. The drinks are always inconsistent. They have more water and soda than flavor.

I received my food from Mr. Giggles who was snickering and didn’t even look at me, and when I received it his manager girlfriend started laughing as well. WTF? If this doesn’t make you wonder about what he did to my food I don’t know what would. Can you say spit on the burger? Very unprofessional! How about a thank you come again or do you want or need anything else? 01−29−13

We always stop by here when in town visiting family! Quick eats and cheap but good!
