Maybe if Donald Trump had liked Sky Harbor Express on Facebook and followed them
on Twitter things would have worked out differently.

We arrived 10 minutes early. Supposed to get a text message 10 minutes before check in time… never got one. Driver was about 10 minutes late. While the price is right, the fact that the shuttle is taking you to the airport and you need to arrive in a timely fashion, it’s important to be on time and the fact that a text message is supposed to be sent keeping you up to date but is never sent puts a bad spin on everything. The vehicle was clean when it arrived and the driver got everyone signed in, but didn’t seem to have everyone’s last name so there was some confusion when someone else had a similar first name… it was straightened out but it shouldn’t even happen. We probably had a not normal experience, but I have no way of knowing that, I’m just reporting ours.

Good way to get to Sky Harbor. Super nice and good driver. Arrived on time and the ride was comfortable. (Well considering you’re in a passenger style van.) The price is very competitive at $ 29.
I would rate it higher but they have no vehicles that are wheelchair accessible so my daughter won’t be able to use this service. Arizona Shuttle does have wheelchair accessible transit vehicles.

Great service with a reasonable cost. I’ve used both shuttle services to Tucson from Phoenix and they were very comparable but Sky Harbor Express was much cheaper and the driver was more personable. As others have said it is often much cheaper for us to get a flight to Phoenix and shuttle to Tucson than fly direct to Tucson. Sky Harbor Express makes this even better.

Back in July of this year, I traveled to the Tucson area to visit friends who recently moved there. On a prior visit, I flew directly into Tucson from my local regional airport, Akron-​Canton. In a bid to save some money this time around, I opted to fly out of my region’s main hub, Cleveland Hopkins, and instead flew into Phoenix Sky Harbor. To make a long story short, flying into Phoenix resulted in a need for ground transportation to my final destination. Sky Harbor Express was the cheapest option I could find. My experience with Sky Harbor Express was excellent both on my way to Tucson and on my return trip to the airport. In fact, the great customer service I received was a pleasant surprise for reasons I’ll detail below.
In addition to the low price, I chose Sky Harbor Express because the drop off location near Cortaro Road in Marana placed me within a stone’s throw of my final destination. When booking your reservation, you can give Sky Harbor your mobile number, which they will use to text you updates on when to proceed to your pickup point and to notify you of travel delays. My shuttle was scheduled to pick me up at PHX at 9:30, but a short delay caused the shuttle to arrive about 20 minutes late, which I think is pretty reasonable. The driver explained that he had looked for a passenger who went to the wrong pickup area, but his explanation wasn’t defensive; it was just informational. The customer service agent I spoke to on the phone to get an update on the delay was professional and friendly. Shortly after my call, I also received a text notification of the delay.
Before boarding the shuttle, the driver promptly informed me to avoid the middle row of seats due to a mishap where a previous passenger’s dog threw up on the seat. He must have really done a good job of cleaning up the mess because there was no odor or visible bio-​hazardous material present. I think the warning was more that I avoid getting wet from whatever cleaning materials he used. As I boarded the van, he offered me a small bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Throughout the ride, the driver was conversational, which was a great bonus. It was quite apparent that he was interested in making his passengers feel comfortable. He also offered to change the music in the van to whatever we preferred and he offered to change temperature controls if anyone was uncomfortable.
My return trip to the airport was on time and similarly comfortable. In fact, I think we arrived at the airport slightly ahead of schedule. I booked this shuttle only expecting to get from point A to point B for a reasonable price. Instead, I got from point A to point B comfortably and in a timely manner. Additionally, I estimated that arranging my flight plans in the manner described above and using Sky Harbor to make up the difference ended up saving me about $ 100.00. Sky Harbor Express chose to pay attention to the details and it made all the difference. In short, I’d recommend this shuttle to anyone traveling in Arizona and I intend to use it again when I return.

After several layovers I managed to get stuck in Tucson on my way to Phoenix (and Southwest does not fly from Tucson to PHX). After looking around I found this shuttle company that would take me to Sky Harbor (also for cheaper than a competitor that I saw online). I got a cab from the Tucson airport to their main office ($ 20). They were extremely helpful in all of my interactions– from my first call for information, to my call for extra help with directions, to when I arrived and was waiting in the office. They were super friendly and made the process of getting me there a lot easier. The shuttle was new and nice, comfortable with cold A/​C, bottled water and music if you want.

This was my first trip with Sky Harbor Express, but it will NOT be my last. I travel to Tucson several times a year and now that I have found SHE I will no longer need to rent a car for my travel between Phoenix International and Tucson.
My driver was Ellis and he was so professional, kind and capable. I was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water into the clean, cool, comfortable seat of the shuttle. The long ride proved to be very enjoyable. The shuttle price was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call next time I make the trip.

Very nice, clean and comfortable Mercedes van. Driver was nice and the shuttle was on time. I met the shuttle at the Super8 location and was a little concerned but am very pleased. Price is great too: $ 29.00!

Riding a shuttle for an hour and twenty minutes is like the last thing I want to do when traveling. I’m all for convenience and comfort, so I often fly out of Tucson and end up paying for it with higher ticket prices or longer travel times. Since there are no direct flights to San Francisco, I had no choice but to take a shuttle. After reading through several listings I was impressed to see the reviews for Sky Harbor Express and booked a seat.
Reserving on line is super easy, you pay in advance and receive an e-​confirmation right away Additionally, they send an e-​reminder and a text message the day of to let you know the shuttle is arriving! The shuttle was super clean, air conditioned and the driver was professional and punctual. The shuttle wasn’t full, so seating was comfortable, although I’m sure a full house would be pretty cozy, but that comes with the (shuttle) territory, I guess. Our driver Robert also offered us water, which was a nice touch! $ 29 is more than fair for the high quality cars and service provided. I hope they can continue to offer this competitive pricing. Other shuttles in the area charge about $ 49 for lower quality and older vehicles. What’s up with that?! Sky Harbor Shuttle just earned a new customer. In short– if you need a shuttle book with them!

Just got dropped off at PHX from Tucson– and just like all the other reviews say, best money I ever spent on a ride. The seats were comfortable, the driver, James P, was great and accommodating, and on time pick up and drop off. Could not recommend more!
This is my definite go to if I need a ride up to PHX and can’t bring my lazy butt to drive the two hours.

I live in Tucson and flights were better to fly out of Phoenix but I had no way of getting there and I always saw these shuttles going down the highway.
It’s $ 29 which is pretty reasonable. I’m 17 and my mom was nervous putting me on a shuttle by myself. However I had a great experience and the shuttle is super roomy and big. The driver was nice and friendly and experience was great. They were on time (10 minutes before scheduled time) and drove smooth. I also took this from PHX to TUC when I came home and the experience was just as great. I’m really happy with it and it’s definitely worth the money. My drivers name was Carmi T and he was very nice!
Also, the car they pick you up in is a Mercedes shuttle bus. I was shocked how tall the ceilings were inside. It was super cozy. Fell asleep on the way to the airport.
I did tip the driver $ 5.

As a non driver, I frequently need to take a shuttle to Phoenix from Tucson. I had always grudgingly used what was the only shuttle game in town. Two weeks I noticed another option. It’s cheaper, has a more comfortable vehicle, and amazing customer service. I am currently on my 4^th trip on Sky Harbor Express, and I totally dig. They text when they are getting close to the pick up spot and called to make sure I knew where I was supposed to meet at terminal 2. And the driver just literally let a passenger use his personnel cell phone to make a call bc the guy lost his phone this morning. How nice!

The only way I’ll ever ride from Tucson to Sky Harbor again. Riding in comfort is the best. Big Mercedes van, nice drivers, compassionate owners. Makes for very nice travel. And only $ 29 each way as opposed to $ 41 from Arizona Shuttle. Better watch out AS, new kid in town.

Really impressed with not only the price, but the service and comfort of the ride. I was in Tuscon and needed a cheaper way to get to the Phoenix airport. I took a different company on the way, didn’t feel was worth the high price, and was looking for alternatives.
New company, and based on what I’ve seen, should do quite well. Loved the experience and got to my flight easy and worry free!

I just arrived into Phoenix airport. I turned on my cell phone as the plane was taxing to the Terminal. I couldn’t believe but my phone rang to hear the wonderful voice of my Sky Harbor Express driver welcoming me to Phoenix. What a great company their customer care is incredible… and so is my driver, Carmi.
I am in this lovely clean van and drinking ice cold water on my way to Tucson.

Took the Sky Harbor Express from Phoenix to Tucson. This service is great! I had originally booked a 9:30pm shuttle, but my plans for the day changed and I wanted to try to leave earlier. The Sky Harbor Express people were extremely accommodating. I called to check with them about changing my time and they were great, treated me like an actual person not just a number. They discussed scenarios with me and really tried to help me make the best decision for ME that fit with what they offer.
The van was really nice. They had cold water waiting for us. The radio was not turned on which I like personally. Silence! Free WiFi on board. Quick drive down the highway. All was good!
