Fast, courteous service — I have worked with another plumbing company in town for more than 14 years but their last two visits were quite disappointing & the service person didn’t fix the issue I was having with a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. Not only did Silverado send someone out within a couple of hours of my call, Jeffrey explained everything thoroughly to me and not only fixed the problem, he also made adjustments to the toilet so that it is now more stable and secure. He went above and beyond. Price was fair, service exceptional.

My daughter, as a first time homeowner, just had a very positive experience dealing with Silverado Rooter and Plumbing. Matt Montanaro came when he was supposed to; in fact, he called when he was a few minutes away. The price for the job seemed reasonable. He did not make a mess and was happy to answer all her questions. She will call on Silverado again, as will we.

It is seldom that I am really impressed with a plumbers work, but David was without a doubt the hardest working guy I’ve seen in a while. His workmanship is meticulous and the job turned out excellent. I had a pipe rupture under the concrete in a room addition. Very Happy with Silverado and David!

I had a mysterious plumbing issue on the house that I am renting and the management company’s maintenance man was unable to address it. They called Silverado and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism of the gentleman that came out and especially his communication as he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he was doing, what the likely diagnosis was and what step he would be performing next. And it was fixed right! I would certainly use them again.

I ran into an issue my first time dealing with Silverado Plumbing and the owner, Art, called me up personally to make sure it got worked out. Kasey came out to my house and did an amazing job installing a new water softener. Works great!

after making a call to «Woods Plumbing», (never again!), I made the great decision of calling Silverado after a recommendation from a work colleague, and never looked back.
«Woods» came for a call I made about backed up sink. After the mandatory $ 62.50 service call charge, they made a bad problem worse by breaking my pipes, and then gave me an estimate of $ 2700.00 to repair the now worsened problem. They actually wanted to rip out my kitchen cabinets, marble countertop and sink, and said they could not guarantee this wood fix the problem (that they created)!
Richard from ««Siilverado» came out and gave me a quote of $ 350 to $ 450, and would not have to rip out anything! (said the other quote and said procedures were crazy).
After being at my house for almost 4 hours, I was charged $ 400.00! Richard did have to return once and re-​snake pipe under sink… no charge!

My regular plumber, Mr. B’s Plumbing Sewer & Drain, is out on vacation until ¹⁄₁₂ so I called Silverado today as a tenant had a plumbing issue in one of my rental units.
Mike diagnosed the issue it cost regular service charge+ gas fee $ 84.95
FYI~ If you have dirt/​sewage coming up your bath tub drain flush some Large wads of TP down the toilet several times and then flush all the toilets in the house 15 – 20 and it should fix the clog. That is what plumber did!

When my mom in Green Valley needed a new water heater several months ago, Unilocal reviews led us to call Silverado Rooter & Plumbing. Karter Jones from the Sahuarita office installed the new water heater within days of her call for a reasonable price. He was prompt, efficient and very pleasant.
Today, the water pressure was low throughout the house after several days of a hard freeze, so Mom called him again. He came out within an hour and solved the «mystery». The water hadn’t been fully turned on at the main. (ooops) Since it was such a simple fix, he didn’t charge his regular fee.
Mom tipped him. And became a customer for life.

Found a slow leak in a pipe on a Friday afternoon. They couldn’t make it out in time to not be charged overtime, but they made me the first appt for Monday morning (pretty much damage had been done, waiting a bit more wasn’t a night and day difference). Karter J came out from the Green Valley location (I live in Rancho Sahuarita) and was very professional, did a good job, was pleasant to talk to, etc. I would use again. I found them on Unilocal/​google and was surprised to see a plumber with such good reviews. There were one or two others and then a bunch bad. Glad I went with one of the well reviewed ones.

Made the appointment on Saturday at closing time. They gave a window of noon to 4pm. They called when the repair person was 30 minutes out. He arrived just before 1pm. Completed the job in a timely manner and solved the clogged in the lines from the kitchen. Very friendly and pleasant. Would use the company again

They were referred to me by old pueblo septic to locate my septic tank. They were prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. One of the few plumbers I recommend

The company’s owner called me and personally apologized and they have repeatedly reached out to try and make this situation right. I appreciate it and therefore would like to amend my review. Sometimes things just don’t go the way you want them to, and an apology goes a long way. I respect this company for doing that and would give them another chance, especially based on their general good reviews on Unilocal

Had a complicated sewer issue, after getting a ridiculously high estimate from a large national brand company, called Silverado Plumbing for an estimate. Great price & although there were some scheduling issues the work was done very competently. Highly recommend.

I called Silverado Rooter & Plumbing based off of the (positive) reviews that I read here on Unilocal.My husband and I’s home is only two years old, and this is our first plumbing issue we’ve experienced. I can say I am happy with the choice I made in calling Silverado to help us with our issue. Our issue was a water leak behind the wall of our shower head in the spare bathroom, and Cale was our service tech. Cale was friendly and professional, and he was able to fix our issue on the spot. I was thrilled b/​c we are having guests in our home soon and did not want everyone to have to use our master bathroom to take care of their hygiene needs.
Bottom line, from the initial phone call two days ago up until the service tech Cale came out to our home, their customer service was great. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues that may come up. Let’s hope not, but we’ll be in good hands with this company if it does. =)

Christmas eve and my homes toilets backed ARGH! called this company after midnight and they committed to be there first thing in the morning. They were fast, prompt, professional and reasonable not like other rooter companies. My family woke up to functioning plumbing. Thank you!

I agree with another survey that service lacks on the administrative side of this business. We have two toilets that need repair of which our property manager was supposed to advise this company. A tech came out and was only aware of one toilet to repair. He replaced a valve but it did not fix the problem. I informed him of the second toilet at this service call. He looked at it and advised he would call the property manager to discuss options because it would possibly need to be replaced. I was awaiting a call from either the property manager or this company to advise what service would again be scheduled for these two problems. After almost a week, this company called for a followup to see how service was from their first and only visit thus far. I advised that the one toilet was still not working properly and the second toilet was awaiting a decision from someone to advise a plan for service. I realized at that point, that probably the property manager may have never been involved. I notified them and they appeared to be uninformed by the company about the second toilet. The company scheduled another appt. I asked if he was aware that there are TWO toilets that need repair. They had no idea. I inquired to the admin. staff to please call me to after talking with the service tech to advise me whether or not the tech would be looking at both toilets this time to ensure we were all on the same page. He advised that he would do this. I received no call and when I asked, they couldn’t tell me what the plan was for the second toilet. Of course, I wasn’t able to get hold of the property manager to find out either. 10 minutes before the second scheduled service call, this company canceled the appt. I have also been cleaning up plumbers grease spots from our carpet from the blobs of it dropped in the garage and then tracked in by the tech who made 5 trips to the truck during the first service call. I am still cleaning up grease spots from the carpet. Also was advised by admin. staff of a call before show. This happened but he came almost 2 hrs. earlier than the original time window scheduled. Good thing I was home.
So far, I haven’t seen anything good out of this experience.

I called this company after finding them here on Unilocal and I was really happy with the service. The person who came to work at my house arrived promptly and was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He got the job done and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely call on them again!

It doesn’t seem like this company knows what they are doing on the administrative side. We had an appointment today for 5:00 and was told that they would call before they came out, sounds fantastic. So here we are at 5:53 and the guy just called asking if it was still ok to come over. Well, no sir, it is not ok to come over since it is almost an hour after your promised time which, my husband and I have been patiently waiting for.
Apparently the guy didn’t even know he was scheduled for 5 and thought he was scheduled for 6. Well, just lost a customer buddy!
So, we will be looking for another company who knows how to make appointments correctly, and keep them.
