If I could give this company no stars, I would. I called this company to shred some business documents. Since the documents were at my boss’s house, I scheduled the delivery a week ahead of time for her day off (a Friday). The best they could do was give me a time frame between 8 and 5, with a promise to call an hour before hand. Lo and behold, the day came and went and no one arrived. I called Monday to find out what happened. I was told that the order was cancelled. By whom, I asked? As it turns out, the cancelled order was from 2013. Our most recent order was still open. Oh, that’s right. I called them last year and they did the same thing– promising to show up but never delivering (for some reason I thought it was a different company that jerked us around last year. Apparently not). I promptly hung up the phone and found a LOCAL company called ShredMobile. Yes, despite their local address and phone number, Shred It is NOT local. You get patched through to a wonderful call center with obviously clueless employees.
