Stayed at the Shoppe at Civano B & B on my way through Tucson, heading towards Texas. It was a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is very unique– smaller streets, very green architectural details, local landscaping and a small Southwestern town feel. The B & B itself was seamlessly integrated into the surrounding community. One felt almost as a resident rather than just a passer-by. There are several different themed rooms, and the room where I stayed was called the Bombay Room. It was decorated in bright yet earthy tones and every detail was carefully chosen by the owner(you could tell a lot of love went into each and every detail of every room). The owner walked us through the amenities, which included a BEAUTIFUL bathroom, complete with garden tub, stall shower, walk-in closet and separate water closet. There was not a single sound that disturbed my husband or I during our stay. The rate is a total steal. We have stayed at Motel 6’s for more than our stay at the Shoppe at Civano B & B. Completely wonderful experience. So many things to do in the area, but unfortunately we ran out of time. We hope to return and stay for longer this time.
