SDL Towing

Charlie picked up my car within half and hour late (ish) at night, was a pro, treated my car with respect. Very reasonable rates. Would use again.

Husband fuel pump went out on his truck at around 5:30 this morning just off 1 – 10 Called our insurance company and they connected me with SDL towing. Rachel the took my call and was quick and courteous. The tow driver showed up quickly and towed the truck back to our house. Rates are reasonable and everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much — we will remember you in the future!

These people rock! The ignition lock went out on my car and everything was locked up. I don’t know how the driver did it, but he managed to pop it loose and get the car to start so I could get it to the repair shop. Turned out the lock was broken and needed to be replaced. (In fact the key stuck in the ignition, but that was okay, I still made it to the repair shop.)
Great job, and the driver had a «can-​do» attitude with a good sense of humor to boot. Keep up the good work.

I had to call for towing service to take the family car to the shop. They arrived within an hour and gave me a call ten minutes prior to their arrival (which was thoughtful). The man who arrived asked me what was wrong and I told him it could be mechanical. He took a look and said it was a problem with the battery. He tightened a part (the terminal?) and the battery started up. No problems. He charged me for a jump start which is better than a tow. He was very positive, courteous, and even sympathetic. We briefly talked about how the economy was effecting people and how to save money these days. Seems like a down-​to-​earth guy which was better than the cold shoulder I was given by other previous tow company employees.
I would recommend SDL because:
— This company is a part of the AAA emergency service
— They are located in the center of Tucson
— The tow ETA is really great
— They are friendly and courteous
— SDL also does complete auto service
