RPM Titanium

rpm titanium is now rpm pinnacle, which I reviewed on their new Unilocal page, but I wanted to post the same review here to make sure everyone is aware–
As a previous renter of a RPM-​managed property, I can honestly say that it was the worst experience in my life. These people are crooks and you should think twice before considering renting your next property from them. Since day one, our relationship with this firm went downhill very fast. Our refrigerator broke within two weeks of moving in and it took 3 weeks of phone calls, emails, and constant lies before it was finally repaired. All in all, we lost $ 400 in food that was never compensated for. Other repairs and maintenance requests would commonly take months before action was taken. In general, trying to get a hold of someone in the office regarding general inquires was a nightmare and we actually had to physically go to their location; only to find out nobody was there (2PM in the afternoon).
They have hidden fees every month in the rent payment that were NOT highlighted in the lease, which we of course refused to pay for. After move out, they stuck it to us with and exaggerated bill of cleaning and damage fees, which they REFUSE to itemize for us; it’s literally just a letter sent to us stating that the fees summed up to $ 800 without ANY breakdown of what was damaged or in need of cleaning and this is apparently (per their representatives) their common «practice.»
DO NOT rent or hire them to manage your property. This is my first time taking time out of my schedule to write a review of my experience with a company because I feel that it is important for everyone to know how horrible RPM’s service and business standards are. Take a look at other reviews; you will notice similar complaints across the board.

First off, look at my reviews and my history. I am an honest person who says it how it is. No doubt they are professional with their ability to communicate, when they choose communicate, which was extremely rare at the beginning and got better towards the end of the contract. Very disappointed from the beginning with charges… these people will take you to the cleaners if you let them. I was CONSTANTLY paying them fee’s left and right that were not part of the monthly fee. If you want to lose money on your property, this is the place to come.
In the end, they didn’t get a water heater fixed on a house because of «legal» issues with the vendor!!! I AM PAYING YOU TO MANAGE MY FREAKEN PROPERTY! If you don’t manage it, then what is the point? Really? Think about that…
So my tenant had to go to the hospital because they didn’t fix it, so I called the Solar company and by then it was already too late. What a freaken disaster! Now I am out my rent money and these money hungry people still want me to pay them.
I wrote this review a long time ago… they have changed names, but I wanted to post this. I would tell you the new company has been much much much better… I think they are called Platinum now.

I had overall a very good experience with the RPM. The property managers that this company provides are highly professional and capable. They helped me in every possible way to arrange for the tenants for my property.
