Dr. Crum has been unbelievably personable, takes the time to explain the best possible options, and has done amazing work on my entire family without nickel and diming or overcharging in general. He’s the only orthodontist I trust. And the office staff is great!

Ok, I was skeptical. I needed some work done but I wasn’t sure how involved it was going to be. I went to 3 different specialists and felt the most comfortable with Dr. Crum. The experience was great, I didn’t get extra bills or charges, and I love the way my teeth look. My dentist said he did a really great job as well.

Dr. Crum is currently working on my younger son and my older son’s smile turned out wonderful. My younger son’s mouth was in need of a lot of help and I can already see amazing results from a very complicated situation to a beautiful smile. Both my daughters were under Dr. Crum care. The older one is all done and happy with her new smile and the younger one is wearing braces since about a year so she still has a little more time to finish.
I am very happy with the service, the customize billing and they always try to be accommodating with appointment changes. The staff is very friendly.
Dr. Crum was recommended to us at school and we happily recommended him to others.
I will recommend Dr. Crum without a doubt.

I went to this place thinking that Dr. Crum can fix my small under bite instead I ended up with my teeth shaved without permission. He also shaved my enamel to the point that it feels really rough. I asked him why and he told me that I have too much enamel. My bite was totally off for the front teeth. I didn’t know what the standard was at the time so I trusted him. Got other consulation and they said he did more harm than good. This doctor is highly not recommended. He gets mad when you give him feedback. Do not use this doctor.
