This is such a great office! My 2 kiddos and I have been seen here for the past year+ (they are 12 and 10) and we have had impeccable service and wonderful experiences. I have even referred several other family members to this office. I highly recommend this team to take care of all your dental needs!

I had an appointment at 9 am for a standard cleaning and check up, and at 9:45 still waiting in the waiting room I had to reschedule and leave because I had somewhere to be at 11 and was told it was going to take an hour once they finally got me back there (which was going to be another 5 – 10 min also.) Everyone who was arriving after me was being sent right back for their appointments. They just have a bunch of kids (young teenagers) staffing the front desk, who were unprofessional (fooling around with friends, chatting amongst themselves and ignoring patients) and clearly don’t know what they’re doing or care about the job. Unacceptable.
I can’t speak to the doctors themselves because I was never able to see them.

Upon arrival, Emma greeted me with a beaming smile and checked me in, answering all the insurance questions I had with clarity and supporting documentation. My schedule cleaning appointment was started by Paul, who took my x-​rays with utmost professionalism. So far, two out of two! Next, my hygienist, Shawna, did a thorough job and explained how I’ve improved since the last visit, illustrating the key areas I still need to focus on! I truly appreciate her feedback, as I wish to obtain the best health for my teeth and gums. My final review was conducted by David W., who checked over my teeth prior to exiting, and answered all my questions with thorough walk-​thru of what I would be anticipating in the near future. All in all, a PERFECT score, for a perfect four! Thank you, RR Dental Group and Orthodontics!

I give the dentist dr Bryan White 5 stars but several of front desk people border on rude and hostile. No warm and fuzzy from office staff and bad for those of us with dental anxiety. On the other hand I have been pleased with my treatments and care but office staff have been almost nasty on phone and inaccurate as well as in person. Because I like the dentist and assistants so well I will continue for now but staff need a little training on public relations and people skills. Sam at the front desk was the exception and was helpful and accommodating. I hAve also noticed girls at front desk much nicer to men than women

They have been so wonderful with my kids! ages 10 – 16 they have always treated us great and have never been dissatisfied with them.

Dr. Watkins and Jose are the dynamic duo! I’ve never had a more fun dentist visit. They truly want your visits to be as painless as possible. I had a terrible toothache where I even had a hard time eating. Dr. Watkins and Jose explained everything and then replaced my crown in an hour. Their sense of humor is infectious and the laughter put me at ease (no laughing gas was administered). They have the latest and greatest technology in dentistry and we all get to benefit from it! A big plus is knowing they also go to So Africa to do free dental work in a community that doesn’t even have clean water. We are very lucky to have them in our neighborhood.

My daughter and I went in for our first visit recently, and had to write a review because it was such an amazing experience.
The dentist was nice, the hygienist Susan was very gentle, and the staff were all super friendly.
They weren’t pushy like other dentist I’ve been to, and I feel like I’m in good hands if I ever need anything. They also saw my daughter who is only 3 and she had an amazing first visit! She even left with a coupon for a free pizza for having no cavities!

Excellent experience! Thorough, painless, and friendly. Not pushy or money hungry. Dr. Watkins was awesome and corrected mistakes from prior owners & dentists no longer at this office, thank God.

This is a clean, updated office with a very friendly, laid-​back staff. They’re also more thorough than any other dentist I’ve ever seen about making sure that you understand and consent to the service before they provide it (I probably signed 5 – 10 different acknowledgement forms while there).
Thankfully I wasn’t in a rush, so it wasn’t as big of a deal as it could have been that it took me a total of 2 hours to get X-​rays and a cleaning. Apparently they got backed up from previous, delayed appointments from earlier in the morning and I waited approximately 30 minutes between the 5 minutes the doctor met with me and when the hygienist actually got to my cleaning.
I’m thinking the wait time was a fluke on my first visit, and it won’t prevent me from visiting again since it was an overall pleasant visit otherwise.

Although I had good experience w the dentist who did my crown & his assistants, I had a bad experience w the one who takes care of billing & their hygienist who insists on doing extra cleaning on my teeth (which mean add’l out-​of-​my-​pocket $ 400 expense on top of paying my deductible for my crown) … I was given the «attitude» when they sensed that I’m not willing to pay more that $ 2K & I’m opting to pay installment… this incident happened in 2011. I’ve my 4 kids w me & this dental clinic is the closest one to our residence but damn, it will be at gunpoint to prompt me to bring myself & my kids to have their services again.

I had a good experience, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were very friendly. They use state of the art technology and was made to feel as comfortable as possible. It’s difficult to find a nice dental office, at least in Tucson so I’m happy I found this place. The dentist was very thorough with his explanations. Will be returning in 6 months!

While visiting family in Tucson, I had a bit of a dental emergency and called these guys. I live in NYC and have no clue about dentists in Tucson. From my call to the final check out, everyone at this office was so friendly and helpful, what a breath of fresh air! It turns out I had a tooth infection and needed an extraction. It was so infected that my mouth would not get numb at first. In addition, I am a bit jumpy in the dentist chair. Everyone was very patient with me, with my anxiety, and the stubborn tooth. After determining to take a slightly different approach, these guys were able to numb the needed area and successfully made the extraction! This all happened on a Friday evening… they stayed late to handle my rogue tooth and got me all squared away. They were all very professional, informative, warm and friendly. I highly recommend Rita Ranch Dental Group!

Very impressed. Nice facility. They do it all in house, crowns, canals, braces. They take the x-​rays and you see the image immediately. They also take hi –res photos of teeth and do a through exam. No hassles, no appointment riff-​raff.

I should begin by saying that I. Hate. Going. To. The. Dentist. I have very sensitive teeth, I bleed and overall spend the entire time in a lot of pain. That being said, my dental hygienist is always SO gentle, funny and kind — makes me feel as comfortable as she can. I actually look forward to seeing her!
The dentist himself is also so nice and friendly. Again, will tell a story or joke while doing his thing to get your mind off the uncomfortableness.
I will forever be a patient here. They sure do make the best out of a necessary evil!!!

Rita Ranch Dental is probably the nicest dental office I’ve ever been in. The décor is nice, they seem to use pretty advanced technology as far as I can tell and the whole place is practically sterilized. The even seem to replace the plastic covers on the computer mouse and keyboard with each patient that comes into a room. I go to the shopping center it is in all the time but never really noticed it tucked away in the corner. I just made an appointment there because I had called a few other places in the area and they were going to take weeks to get me in for an appointment (one even said it would take two separate visits to get a cleaning???). They were able to see me two days after I made an appointment and they emailed me a link to fill out all of my health forms online before I came into the office.
Once I arrived they just needed to see my driver’s license and my insurance card then they had me electronically sign my documents. After waiting for a few minutes I was taken back to get x-​rays which went fine. I was then brought into a room for my exam which was quick and painless. The dentist was happy to answer the questions I had for her and was super friendly and engaging. After that they sent in someone from the front desk to go over the recommendations they had for me and to make sure I was aware of all the out of pocket costs before I made any decisions. At first I was weirded out because it sort of felt like buying a car (… sure I’ll take the heated seats but maybe not the sunroof). But after visiting again and going through the same process I think it’s great that they are upfront about everything and give you enough information to make an informed decision about your option. I do think they pushed a few things that I didn’t need so I simply opted out of them; no problems.
My only negative experience here was the hygienist on my first visit. I felt she was judgmental and when I was brought into her a bit too early by the x-​ray tech she quite unprofessionally and rudely scolded her in front of me for making a mistake and not checking with her first to make sure she could bring me over. Aside from her every staff member was been so kind and personable. Seems like they have a pretty great work environment… and they play good music :) Oh, and I called them one day when I thought I had a loose crown. They fit me in two hours later and had me in and out within 45 minutes — problem solved. Can’t beat that kind of quick response. It was on a Friday too so it was nice to not have to deal with a loose crown all weekend. Glad I ended up going here rather than the other places I originally called.

I have been going to Rita Ranch Dental since they opened, a dental emergency took me there first and I was seen right away. They addressed my concerns of pain and my fear of shots, made me very comfortable and I walked out with a crown on a broken tooth in 1 day! I have had the best care and a very clearly laid out option plan financially for the services I need and never felt pressure to have anything done I did not want or could afford. I recommend Rita Ranch Dental highly!

Came here for the $ 39 cleaning. They performed X-​rays and a general exam beforehand to make sure a cleaning was all I needed — it was — but that was included in the $ 39.
They did try to sell me a $ 75 flouride varnish treatment, which I passed on.
Over all, they were very friendly and speedy. Rita Ranch is a bit of a haul unless you already live there, but if you don’t mind the drive then Rita Ranch Dental is definitely worth the money.

I would keep looking if I were you… The dental staff isn’t friendly. The waits are long. They have messed up our bill. :/​If my son wasn’t getting braces there and it wasn’t conveniently located near his school, we would go elsewhere. It’s been a bad experience so far. (Other than the oral surgeon. He was great, but how often are we going to have surgery?) If it gets any worse, we may jump ship. Even if we end up having to pay more because we switch providers mid-​service.
