Established in 1998.

James and his wife moved to Tucson in 1997 to be closer to family and he has been working in Tucson representing injured people ever since. His former partner Bill Healy was one of the most highly regarded lawyers in Tucson for many years, and James has worked to carry on that tradition. His work here has involved representing clients with a variety of claims ranging from car crashes to medical malpractice to criminal assault victims. The professionalism and excellence that he has displayed here in Tucson since 1997 is evident in his ongoing record of helping hundreds of injured people with many assorted types of claims positively resolve their cases.

Business Owner

Licensed to practice law in Arizona, California and Colorado. With over 25 years experience in personal injury litigation James has the necessary experience to fulfill his client’s needs.

While attending Wesleyan University as an undergraduate, James concentrated in Biology and the natural sciences. That course of study provided him with the foundation needed to understand and work with complicated medical legal issues. A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, James spent more than six years practicing in San Francisco. By working with a mid-​size law firm there he gained experience in many areas and facets of litigation working with some of the best lawyers in California. While there he concentrated most of his efforts in medical malpractice, he also worked in a wide variety of other areas of litigation.
