hired this guys to transport my new purchased used car from CA to TX… First, it was a delay and the dispatcher failed to inform customer…; Second, scatches all over my car… and the satelli antenna got wiped off…, Recovered Carrier LLC denied the damage…, called their insurance (progressive) and agreed to pay us close to $ 8000 but RC still has to pay $ 1000 deductible… i really don’t think they will pay for it… so now, we hire a lawyer to rough it out from them… they are jerks… especially the owner jude
