RE/​MAX was founded in 1973 in Denver, Colorado by Dave & Gail Liniger. RE/​MAX has more than $ 100,000 agents worldwide and is in over 95 countries.

RE/​MAX Dwell was started in 2014. The Broker, Jennie James, has been in real estate since 2004 and has a B. A, in English from the University of Arizona. Jennie’s grandfather was born in Downtown Tucson in 1922, and her family history goes back even father than that in the area. The Broker/​Owner of RE/​MAX DWELL is Jennie James. She has been in real estate since 2004 and has a B. A, in English from the University of Arizona. Jennie’s grandfather was born in Downtown Tucson in 1922, and her family history goes back even farther than that in the area. When Jennie is not managing the office or helping clients, she is volunteering at TROT (Therapeutic Riding of Tucson).

As mentioned, Jennie has a degree in English, with a emphasis on American Literature. Her favorite period being the late 1800’s (the Transcendentalists) which includes such great authors as Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Louisa Mae Alcott & Emily Dickinson. The name RE/​MAX Dwell was inspired by the poem my Emily Dickinson «Dwell in Possibility». It also has the double meaning as homes are also called dwellings.
