Rae’s Place is the best! The salad bar is so fresh and has tons of options to choose from. There is also a breakfast bar in the mornings. This is a great place to stop if you need a refreshing drink, and/​or a frozen popsicle! There are tons of candy and snack options in this shop, as well as necessities like Advil and toothpaste! The guy working at the cash register (who I think is the owner, and has long hair) is the nicest person in the whole world! This locally owned shop is great for just about anything you can need/​imagine! Stop by Rae’s Place ASAP!

I’ve been gone from downtown for a few months, but was so pleasantly surprised to see that Rae’s Place has started stocking even more essentials… and lots of healthy stuff too! Fruit cups, lots of nutricion bars, and of course the huge salad bar.
This adorable, locally owned shop is the way to go for all of your downtown needs!

Basically the only convenience store downtown, this is a place to go if you need a snack, a lunch, a drink. They have a soda fountain to fill your own cup, and a salad bar to pick and choose your own items. Friendly staff. Nice to have this downtown when there aren’t many other options for grab n’ go items.

Rae’s is less than a 5-​minute walk from my place of business. It’s the only convenience store downtown and I’m a huge fan because it’s a quick stop for a drink or a snack. Rae’s has the BEST salad bar for lunch with plenty of selection. The staff are very friendly, always greet you and strike up a conversation.

Whatever you may be looking for your sure to find it at Rae’s they have breakfast that is very good, they also have daily lunch special. I really like their salad bar all the food taste FRESH which I really like. For the health nuts they have naked juices and cliff bars. Also if you are looking for something sweet they have ice cream. Not to mention the owners are always there and super friendly.

The ONLY convenience store in downtown… they’ve got smokes, coffee, naked juices, herbets lemonade, iced tea, and tons of junk food here. I always see people working downtown stopping in for either of the above. Rae’s also got a salad bar here, but its definitely not organic or local veggies. I dont think I would buy anything here besides their naked juices, but Owner also seemed very nice and helpful.

Went in looking for a healthy snack option and wasn’t too happy with my choices. I was thinking I could find a Cliff Bbar or something similar but all I could find were Fritos, powdered donuts, and the like. They do have a fridge full of Naked Juice, but the choices were slim to none when I was there. And for those of you looking for a «meal» they do have a little salad bar along with the typical 7-​Eleven hot dog set up. The good part… the only convenience store downtown.

Great little store in the heart of downtown Tucson. Super salad bar and to-​go food. Every weekday they twitter their breakfast and lunch offerings and specials.
. I just tried the Chicken Enchilada soup and it is excellent. Their wings are large, not the crappy tiny wings most other places use. Plenty of meat on them. Staff and owners are very friendly and helpful.
