Business Owner

Lloyd «Chip» Rabb was born into a railroad family in Arizona and began work at the age of 19 with Southern Pacific. He was later promoted to locomotive engineer while attending the University of Arizona. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration, and later went on to law school and graduated from the UofA College of Law in 1985. Chip then abandoned 14 years of railroad seniority to devote his time to practicing law.

Chip developed a broad legal background in litigation, business law, real estate and construction, estates and trusts and family law, later utilizing his railroad expertise to represent railroad employees who were injured at work under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA). This is enhanced by his long membership, directorship and presidency in the national organization of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.

Chip is licensed in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado and is an Arizona Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.
