Meet the Business Owner

Don R.

Business Owner

Senior shareholder and the ‘R’ in R&A. He has been with the firm for 40 years. He is experienced in all aspects of accounting systems and internal controls, complex corporate and personal tax issues, income and estate tax planning, banking relationships, automotive dealerships, and personal financial planning. Don earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming. He is a past president of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) and was a member of the AICPA Council. He sits or has sat on the Board for several not-​for-​profit and corporate entities. Outside of the office, Don enjoys golf, racquetball, weightlifting, and watching sports. He also likes to read and go to the movies.
