After an extremely bad experience with Jiffy Lube in Memphis, I avoided all Jiffy Lubes for the past 10 years. Due to a toddler and newborn at my home, this grandmother stumbled into the Jiffy Lube at 3267 Oracle in Tucson to save time and with much trepidation. Immediately, the manager, Mike Mason, introduced himself and proceeded to walk me through their procedures in order to evaluate my car. He was so professional and I felt no pressure at all to accept any service I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He showed me the coffee pot and the magazine rack and, much to my relief, he made me feel at home! At home in an oil changing place? Yep! Shortly, I met John Paul Luxardo. He went over every detail of my oil change. As I waited for the list of necessary things my car must have done, he showed me factory suggestions my car needed, but none were due right then. He said my car was in great shape! (What?) No oil changing place has ever talked to me like that! He carefully explained everything to me in words I could understand. He was delightful. I will go to this Jiffy Lube from now on for all my automotive needs. Mike runs this Jiffy Lube with confident efficiency, and honesty. John Paul is a mirror of Mike. I feel like I’m doing a commercial, but it’s all true.

I’m shocked this place doesn’t have more reviews. This place might specialize in Saturn’s but they work on all types of cars. Avoid the dealer and take it to this shop. They care and will save you lots of money. They’re straight shooters and will not bs you in any way or try and take your money. They truly care about what they do for a living. Not many shops around that do quality work and are trust worthy.
Richard and his crew are second to none and it’s always a pleasure to do business with them. If they can’t do it Richard can guide you in the right direction.

No matter what the reason I take my Saturn into the shop; Richard is always knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem. His prices are reasonable and he will take the time to answer any questions.
Don’t have a Saturn? No worries he can work on just about every make and model GM offers. Of he can’t do it he won’t waste your time.

I own a 2006 Saturn ion with 95k miles on it. I needed to get a tune up and find out why my engine was misfiring, in addition– my saturn had the key stuck in the igniton (common problem but not on recall list). I did a lot of reserach online and pretty much knew it was my coils. I just didn’t have the will or time to perform the needed tests. I called the dealer about the ignition problem and misfiring, and they gave me a terrible vibe… I told them I have pretty good knowledge about cars and knew what was wrong. The lady told me they wouldn’t touch the car unless they could run their diagnostic test ($ 100). I didn’t understand why they needed that for a simple ignition switch replacement. Afterwards I called Planet AutoCare and spoke to Daniel. He seemed to already know what I was going through and what the problem was– he already knew that they needed to run a simple compression test. He made me feel like an actual customer/​Tucsonan, and not a profit opportunity for corporate America. I would recommended that anyone with a Saturn car take it to these guys for all your needs, They are clean, professional, and they genuinely care. I was in and out within 2 hours, with all my problems fixed, and saved close to $ 300 dollars compared to the dealer quotes.
Trust your intuition and gut– if you have a problem with your Saturn, call these guys.

Had my saturn fixed yesterday morning and was extremely happy with my whole experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how they would fix it. I was in and out in under and hour.
