Both of them had served five years with Tucson Law Enforcement department. The company was established in the year 2006 and offering its immaculate services in evaluating legal documents and thus protect the interest of the buyers, who shall be investing their hard earned money to buy the property.

The accrued professional experience of Carl Lewis and Pat Zech, while serving with the Tucson Police Department, is being offered to the prospective property buyers which will be at par with the Standard Professional parameters set by the State of Arizona and strictly as per the American Society of Home Inspectors guidelines. Carl is the owner, operator of Peak Home Inspections LLC. Carl began his home inspection business in 2006, following a 29 year career in law enforcement with the Tucson Police Department. Carl has performed home inspections in the Tucson metropolitan area, plus the White Mountain and Mogollon Rim areas of northern Arizona. Carl will provide a prospective home buyer with an unbiased, professional home inspection that will allow the client to buy with confidence. Carl is a proud member of a military family and gladly offers a military discount.
