We recently moved to the area and have used this locations for carry out a few times and had zero issues. It’s always ready early, hot and delicious. The one time I use delivery (it’s cold and rainy and I just didn’t feel like leaving home) it was quoted 30 – 40 minutes. At 50 minutes the driver calls me and asks where I live– she’s at a condominium complex 1 miles away, reads off my address and is so confused about why she’s at the wrong place. After a minute, a lightbulb went off and she realized she was way off. She arrived in a few minutes and was very frazzled– I felt bad. Maybe she had a bad day– I don’t know. I let it go. Once I get in, open the box– the pizza is warm… like barely warm. And just not what we usually get. We won’t be using Papa John’s delivery from this location again– I’ll be sure to go get it myself.

Okay, yes, I am giving a chain pizza delivery place five stars. Here’s why: Friendliness, Hot Pizza, Fast Delivery, Consistent Quality. I know what to expect when I order Papa Johns. They are helpful and friendly on the phone, the drivers are quick and friendly, and my pizza is always piping hot. I’m a sucker for the garlic butter sauce and pepperoncinis. Plus, they do local charity deals with the elementary schools around the neighborhood. Last, and I know this is silly, but I love that Papa John’s was product placed in the movie «The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” — one of my favorite movies.
