Pages In Progress

You are absolutely not alone in thinking the staff is rude. I have never had such terrible service as I recieved in their store. They are disrespectful and seem to look down their noses at everyone who doesn’t drop a couple hundred bucks in their store. I am all for shopping locally, but I would rather pay shipping from on online retailer, or buy from a big box store than step foot in this place again. It’s truly unfortunate that the friendly scrap stores in Tucson like MMU and Pictures and Pages have closed. In my opinion Pages in Progress could never hold a candle to them. You don’t keep customers with a fancy set up, you keep them with friendly service. The pwners of this store sshould be ashamed. I’m sure it won’t be long before their horrible service drives them out of business. Can’t be soon enough.

I like going here because it is close to my house. There is only one reason I wouldn’t give this one a five.
Positive: close to my house, a lot of paper choices, great classes offered, dye cutting, lamination, and all the other fab scrapbooking stuff!
Negative: every time I come in there the staff is rude… i don’t know if it is just me but they are rude to me… I have seen them be super helpful nice and creative to other people just never me

I just had to write a few wonderful words about this amazing store; Pages in Progress. If anyone out there is beginning to scrapbook or even if you are a seasoned scrapbooker then this is the place for you. Every associate (and I have met them all) in this store is friendly, patient, creative and overall just a fabulous group of individuals! I drive 40 – 45 minutes across town to shop in this store because of the quality of service I receive, along with the amazing array of merchandise this store holds.
I want to especially thank Pauline because without her patience and guidance I could not have completed my daughter and her fiancée’s wedding scrapbook. It is truly a remarkable learning process and one that I now can envision myself enjoying more and more!
