O’Reilly Auto Parts

Stopped in with the hubby to pick up a few parts like lights bulbs and oil filter and other random needs. The man working the parts counter was real quick at looking up what we needed and was friendly and even walked around the store and got our parts for us. Easy in and out, friendly experience

I love Arizona, but the effect the heat has ones car battery is ridiculous.
Two years ago I had to replace the battery in my car. I did it here at this O’Reilly (then Checkers). Fast forward to an awful Monday. My battery is dead again, and after a successful jump, the AAA guy says I need a new one.
So I head back to O’Reilly, knowing I had some sort of warranty, but also knowing that once I got there I wouldn’t be able to start my car again. I called first, asking if they had my info on file, Yes. Second, can they take it out of my car, Yes. Great.
So, I get there that afternoon (after another jump start). The guy helping me tests my battery while in my car. Yep its bad. Goes in, and pulls up the info, sure enough, its still under warranty. I get a new battery, no charge. Then he goes out, removes the old one, puts in the new one, ensures my car can start. Taaadaaa!
He was very nice and friendly, and I didn’t have to get my hands dirty. Thanks so much for the help!
