Worst O’Reilly experience yet. My boyfriend and I came in to get a bung for his O2 sensor. This is a common part and his friend that had the sensor before specifically told him to come to this «hub» location since he had purchased them there before. The guy that «helped» us knew absolutely nothing about O2 sensors and couldn’t seem to understand what we were looking for even after we showed him on our phones. He was too full of himself to ask for help from other employees, and proceeded to lead my boyfriend to the parts area to look for the part. My boyfriend kept explaining that it’s a basic thing and would not be back there etc and kept asking to search on his computer or to tell him what to type in. The guy was confused as all hell and would not let us do that. Basically we just walked out and were super frustrated. Later on we looked at their website and sure enough it’s on there! We went to a competitor to get the part where someone actually knew something about cars. LMAO! get your stuff together!

This is formerly known as Checker Auto Parts, which was bought out by O’Reilly in 2008.
The store layout and interior is not that much different than when it was a Checker Auto Parts. However, it is a bit cleaner. The service is friendlier and a little more helpful. Prices are still comparable.
I like this location as it is convenient to where I live and as a matter of fact, it is the closest auto parts store to this neighborhood. Travel about 5 minutes more and you can get to the Autozone, whose service is hit and miss in my opinion.
