Had my first root canal there. Was painless. In fact it was a root canal and crowning the same day. They’re technology and friendly staff goes a million miles! and with comfortability as well! Thanks

I’ve been going to this dental office for a couple years since this location opened. I was originally at a private practice, but my insurance changed and no longer covered it, and Oracle Modern Dentistry was way closer (within 5min walking distance).
Since I started going, the staff has changed a lot! I’m onto my 3^rd dentist, 3^rd or 4^th hygienist, and it feels like the friendly staff at the desk change every six months. The only person that’s the same from the start is the oral surgeon that comes once a month. In comparison, the private practice I went to for about two years kept the same dentist, hygienist, and staff before and after I left.
Despite the constant change in personnel, I love how friendly everyone is! The desk staff are always happy to help and take the time to look over your records, create estimates, forward results directly to my email, and more. The hygienists are usually fun and interesting, one of them who talked about visiting conventions and being part of The 501^st, which was great to hear. And the dentists are all super nice and delicate with teeth.
I’m a little afraid to get my wisdom teeth pulled (I’ll do it eventually, I swear!), and I take the bus everywhere. So when the private practice dentist told me years ago to go across town to get a consultation from an oral surgeon, I kind of let it go by the wayside and just did my cleanings. Towards the end of my time with them, I heard the hygienist talking with the dentist and the dentist sounded mad, and kept that sort of tone while talking with me (probably understandably, but it’s my decision right?) In comparison, I only hear some concern from Oracle Modern Dentistry’s dentists, and the oral surgeon himself wasn’t all that concerned, but very nice about everything going on with me.
With the private practice, it could take a bit of time to get some things processed. And copies went by printouts, with xrays faxed for the new office. In comparison, things get processed very fast at this office, and I can easily request xrays and estimates to be sent by email.
I have insurance through my workplace, which covers most things pretty well. They do ask to do fluoride every time I do a cleaning, which I sometimes accept or decline. They can fill cavities same-​day, which was great to have done for my wife. And their services feel very thorough.
I’m pretty satisfied overall, and plan to keep going! It’d be nice if the staff would stop changing so much so I could get to know some people a little more, but it can be nice to see a new face every once in a while. And there was one time I went, I think for my oral consultation, and I had to spend an hour past my appointment time just waiting in the office for him to become available. And the xray technicians always have trouble imaging my teeth, having to readjust things all the time which painfully presses against my gums and mouth to the point where I nearly tear up. So for these things, I gave it one less star.
But overall, it’s a pretty great place with friendly people and gentle dental services!

Just to note I haven’t been to a dental office in a while due to a bad experience from the past. Therefore coming to a dental office slightly frightens me.
With that being said, I finally man’d up and came and I have to say I feel very happy with my decision to not only come but to this location. With the first step walking in I immediately felt welcomed but by greeted hysterically with my «accidentally» slamming the door. We all knew it was joking around so my nervous emotions instantly switched to my outgoing, loud and sociable self. I suddenly felt as if I’ve known the staff for years and have been coming to that dental office for years.
I was examined for my wisdom teeth (4) removal as I was feeling much pain. They went ahead and set up me up for the examination and kindly didn’t hesitate to let me ask curious questions.
I had my teeth cleaning done and my wisdom teeth surgery done this last week, in which I’m still recovering. The hygienist did a great job in cleaning my teeth and made sure to go at my pace letting me stop whenever I felt discomfort or needed more numbing ointment applied. I felt clean and fresh in be end result.
As for the surgery the next following week, it flew by like Randy Johnson’s baseball being pitched. Dr. White did a great job in explaining the procedure and what were my risk however with a blink of an eye and the kicking in of the anesthetic I was done with surgery and on my loopy way home. What was nice was that Dr. White gave me a courtesy call later that day to check on me however I was too drugged to answer but was happy to know he left a voicemail to check up on me.
Overall my experience here was amazing. I will recommend anyone and especially if you’re afraid (trust me, I was). I feel happy and satisfied to know my mouth is in good hands. «Keep Smiling!»

So I quit my new/​old dentist because he took over the practice from my long time favorite dentist (retired). The new/​old guy I lost trust in, and when trust is gone there is little left. OMDO here was and is the shining star to my somewhat gleaning smile, I can’t say dazzling either, but my no cavity mouth (much better).
2 teeth cleanings in and fill where I was grinding my teeth, I am very happy.

I feel taken care of and listened too every time, not just another mouth to get more payment out of by trying to sell me something I don’t need.

Never again… and I mean Never! I was left in the waiting room while the dentist ignored me. When I went back to find out why my 8AM appt was late, she told me to go back up front. This was the first appt of the day and there was absolutely no excuse for letting patients sit without explaining to them why. I will never go back and I had been with them for over 3 years.

Great place! I called and was offered an appointment within 20 minutes. Check in was very prompt and iPad check in. They were very nice with me and friendly. I was able to get X-​rays, teeth cleaning and a prompt dentist visit. Sharon the dental assistant was so friendly and helpful with my X-​rays and care. She asked if I needed anything and water and television while i waited for teeth cleaning. Friendly and compassionate service. Kim cleaned my teeth and was very friendly and supportive when I needed help with cleaning of my mouth and even took out a plaque build up. The front desk receptionist. started with an S…, fit me in right away and worked with my insurance plan. I was very happy with this service in and out and done right! No more tooth sensitivity and the fluoride treatment was amazing! Love all the technology!!! Friendly staff as well!

I had a decent experience here today with a couple negatives. I went in for a cleaning, xrays a treatment for a cracked tooth. I arrived early and they were able to see me before my appt. They were professional for the most part aside from the dental assistants thinking placing a lunch order was more important than helping the dentist with my crown. And although I was there at 8am, the garbage in the xray room was overflowing with used latex gloves laying on the carpet. On the plus side, they thoroughly explained my treatment options and fees and the in room TV was nice.

I have had nightmares about having dental emergencies and being unable to do anything about it. It never really became a reality until the one day where you least want it (as if you want it any day). My dentist’s office was closed that day, so I frantically searched around to find a place that could take me in right away. This lead me to Oracle Modern Dentistry. I decided to give this place a chance to handle my emergency because I was able to get an appointment within two hours after I called.
From the initial check-​in, I felt they were taking great care of me. The interior not only had a welcoming atmosphere, but the people in the front looked like they cared that I was there.
Fortunately, my «emergency» turned out to be something far less severe. Who know that cinnamon-​flavored gum could cause ulcers! I was hesitant at first that this was the reason, but sure enough once I stopped chewing that gum they went away! Spot-​on diagnosis!
As what another reviewer said, it was great they go paperless. I felt extremely comfortable throughout my entire visit. If I ever have the unfortunate event of having a dental emergency, I will for sure be making an appointment with OMDO.

Everything was outstanding from the visit, previous to my first appointment, through to the end of my first appointment. Customer service, very knowledgeable at every level, and very courteous, personable, and reassuring.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while and I was very nervous because I knew it wasn’t going to be good. I went to visit Dr. Ashraf, who I had learned about through a friend, for a general checkup and cleaning. I ended up needing a root canal and a crown. I had the root canal done elsewhere and it was miserable. I came to Dr. Ashraf for the crown on the same day and had a much better experience. I came into the office in pain, irritated, and unhappy. Within minutes I was in a better mood at Dr. Ashraf’s office. The receptionist was very polite, offered me water and got me back into a chair quickly. The mood in Dr. Ashraf’s office is so light and comfortable. I appreciate that he talks me through procedures, asks me about my day, and all around really cares, which I think is lost in most other offices. I would recommend Dr. Ashraf to all of my friends because he is quick, professional, and extremely good at what he does.

Everyone was super friendly and all their equipment was new and clean. Best part was Dentist James Saoud was young and very informative about my dental care. This place was smart and has cut down on all the useless paperwork by using an IPAD for registering with the clinic. I will be going back!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Oracle Modern Dentistry! Dr. Saoud is amazing. He made me feel comfortable right away with his relaxed demeanor and confident professionalism. Kirstin at the front desk was super easy to communicate with and helped me schedule appointments for my daughter and I with no problem. The office is clean and bright with modern equipment. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office.

AMAZING! Absolutely everyone that I dealt with was extremely personable, professional and kind! The Doctor was excellent, very positive and gentle! I highly, highly recommend this office and especially Doctor Saoud!

Babe is getting some mouth work done. Really love the doctor (Dr Seoud ~sp?) and the nurses/​receptionists are so incredible as well, I have a MAJOR phobia of dentists to the point where I have had to resort to sedation dentistry and have massive panic attacks at the thought of just seeing a dentist, which in turn has kept me away from the dentist for years. We came in for my BF to have his tooth work done and after discussing my issues with the dentist we’ve ended up getting my exam etc taken care of. I never would have pictured myself in a dentists chair after the awful past traumatizing experiences I’ve had, without doing major IV sedation, I can’t even do a cleaning without sedation. They have been so patient with me and have been willing to take it very slow and step by step with just an exam today to discuss future treatment options. Like I said, I have a MAJOR phobia and anxiety. They have been so understanding and helpful in keeping me calm and informed during each and every step. They have offered mild or deep sedation (IV) if necessary as well which immediately puts me more at ease. Really happy we found them, they are an incredible institution and will not even consider going anywhere else!

I’ve had great experiences at this Dentist office. I first went after having a Dental emergency and they were able to see me the next morning on Monday. Everyone is incredibly polite and personable and the Doctor is very down to earth and knowledgeable.

The customer service was excellent. The blatant up selling products and services was dismal and awkward. I appreciate that the business has every version of modern technology a person could imagine from iPads to flat screen televisions to watch while the dentist is cleaning the teeth. I have not had a cavity in my life, so when we got to the final phase and they were trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary products and services, I was COMPLETELY turned off.
Nice people, but there are way too many quality dentists in town to deal with trying to figure out if the dentist is trying to make sure their product sales are up or if they are really concerned about your oral health.
I won’t be back.

Everyone is very nice at Oracle Modern Dentistry. But, the major objective seems to be to up sell services. I came in for a cleaning (which should include cleaning of the gums). Instead, they recommended a «power» cleaning, which would cost me $ 950 out of pocket, with my insurance picking up the rest. I said this did not seem right. I had been going to the dentist three time a year for over twenty years for cleaning (including gums). They said a cleaning including the gums was called Perio-​maintenance, and would cost $ 65 over and above my insurance. Then, they recommended some alternative in the middle for $ 225 out of pocket. I said no thanks. A total waste of an hours time.

The office was clean, modern and warm. The front office staff was attentive and helpful. I felt very welcome and important to the staff at this office. The wait time was a little bit of a problem, as an emergency procedure caused a delay in my being seen. However, I was not ignored and my needs were attended to. They made sure that I was a comfortable as possible while I waited. They provided me with several treatment options, and thoroughly explained all my options for financing and payments. Overall this is the best experience that I have had in a dentists office, even with the delay. They made me feel as though my business was valuable. Dr. Sant was gentle and cautious, and took ample time examining my teeth and gums to determine my treatment options. I enjoyed my visit to the DENTIST!

I have always been hesitant to go to the dentist, as I’ve grown accustomed to being charged for procedures I don’t need, barely being treated by a hygienist with the dentist only popping in to say hello, and overall having unsatisfactory visits. All of my fears were immediately resolved as soon as I walked into the office. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and modern, and it wasn’t crowded and uncomfortable.
I was a new customer, so I got a 59 dollar cleaning with x-​rays. First of all, I’ve never had so many images taken in my life. If there were any issues with my teeth, there was no way they were missing them here. They used this cool technology to make a panoramic image of my whole mouth to visualize everything at once, it was amazing. I’m a physician, and even I was blown away by the technology this dentists office was using. I could go on and on, but lets just say this place is light years ahead of any other dentists office I had ever been to.
My hygienist was really nice and helpful. Very professional and good at her job. The dentists chairs have HDTVs built in, so I had a hard time prioritizing between the gorgeous hygienist and sportscenter. My dentist was AMAZING. He explained that he had only been working there for a year, but he was great at his job. Unlike my last dentist, he was there for a majority of my appointment and did a great job explaining what was being done, and what was going to be done. I have very sensitive teeth and had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dr. Ashraf to any of my friends or family.
There’s nothing else to be said besides its the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. New, modern technology and a friendly staff who knows that they’re doing.

I would never in my wildest dreams imagine I would be Unilocaling my dentist and giving them 5 stars. I moved to Tucson almost 2 years ago and avoided finding a dentist that entire time. But thanks to driving past Oracle Modern Dentistry several times a week and nagging texts from my darling mother, I scheduled an appointment.
My appointment was at 4PM and when I looked at my watch when I was done with X-​rays, it was 4:08. Dr. Ashraf is extremely personable and (almost) makes you forget you’re even at the dentist. And In case you didn’t catch on, I’m not such a fan of going to the dentist… but everyone from Dr. Ashraf himself to the X-​ray tech to the receptionist was so friendly, it really put me at ease and I (almost) absolutely loved being there! I already scheduled my next appointment for October and I’m (almost) looking forward to it!
