My experience with this glass company was professional. The negotiated price and terms were delivered as promised. Debra was a great help in getting a new windshield installed in my Toyota truck. She is knowledgeable and proved to show excellent customer service skills. I called the # on the sign at grant and stone as I drove by. They came to the truck, and installed it on site, I am very happy with the services and windshield I received from national auto glass and would recommend them based on the business transaction they provided to me. On time at the quoted price as we agreed!

I brought my car here to have a windshield repaired, and they cracked my windshield. They tried to sell me a new windshield and only refunded my original repair payment after I spoke with three different employees who all claimed to be the manager.

This place was amazing! I called on a Thursday, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. They scheduled to send someone out to my workplace after a quote (the price on my windshield was very good, without insurance). At 9 AM I got a call that the workers had arrived. I went out and signed the paperwork, and they worked on my car. By 10 AM they were done, and I paid the rest of the bill over the phone.
I read good reviews on the Internet about this place and I am impressed. I’ll refer people to National Auto Glass next time, and I’ll use them for my needs. I was very happy with the price and it was exactly as quoted– $ 175 with tax for a windshield. Pain free, stress free.
