While she wasn’t unprofessional, I would rate her attention to detail and level of customer care just 2 stars. We waited and waited for our travel documents and when we finally got them there was no breakdown of the charges. Our mistake for not insisting on that, it would’ve saved a lot of headaches on our trip.

I have used MVP Travel for a number of my important trips. It is so much easier and safer to go through MVP Travel than to try and wade through all of the internet sites myself. I look at the amount of time and money I save using them and it is hands down a better deal. And when things go wrong (and they usually do) MVP Travel is there to pick up the pieces.

If you need help booking travel tickets, cruises, or the trip of a lifetime, give Nancy a call. I tried going on line to book a plane trip and quickly got frustrated with the process. I needed to fly to CA and book a ticket to be able to travel with my Mom back to Tucson. There is no way I could have found the correct return flights. In just a few minutes Nancy had it all figured it out and had it booked. If you get frustrated like I did, Nancy can smooth it all out for you.
