History
Established in 2008.
Proprietress Jennifer Phelps founded Ms. Fix-It Home Solutions in January of 2008 as a small home-repair company. She quickly found her niche building custom storage and redesigning spaces for clients needing to wrangle their stuff and create a more useable and beautiful home or office. Working with realtors to make repairs to homes heading for the market, she found she had a knack for the minimalist-type of decorating that shows off a home to prospective buyers and has applied these skills to both occupied and unoccupied listings. Through word-of-mouth, her client list grew as did the size of the projects. With her network of skilled contractors, she began managing home sale prep and remodeling projects for busy professionals and out-of-town clients unfamiliar with the Tucson community. Whether helping a client manage a mess, a move or a remodeling project, she is a passionate advocate for her clients, always seeking the most cost-effective solutions and a stress-free process.

Business Owner
Jennifer Phelps spent 17 years in the world of non-profit adminstration before founding Ms. Fix-It Home Solutions in January of 2008. As Vice President and Outreach Liaison for a small, international service organization, she trained practitioners and instructors, designed materials and gave public presentations to lay-people and medical professionals alike. Concurrently, she spent several years as a *very* hands-on landlord, managing rehabs, repairs, turnovers and sales of properties — and loved it — having learned tool skills at an early age from 2 dads and several uncles. When she left non-profit administration, she moved into home repair, staging and project management. Bringing her passion for service to Ms. Fix-It Home Solutions, Jennifer’s client-centric attitude and communication style set her apart.
