So disappointed!
My dad previously went to them to get a piece to his e-​smoker thing. The one they sold him twice (even installing one themselves) continued to break and waste his «juice» the third time this happened — within one day my husband went back and was told there were no refunds but they could offer 20% off the purchase of another poorly made tank. As if us spending $ 6.00 for a broken tank was not enough — now they are of with us paying $ 4.80 for a broken tank!
My husband left upset and went across the street and purchased two sturdy tanks for $ 10.00 — and they survived the drive home!
Stay away from this place!

Stopped by Moon looking for a wooden pipe. Didn’t know much about them but the staff there was amazingly helpful and courteous! They even threw in some lighter fluid which they didn’t have to do. Thank you guys!

my wife and i bought a 30 dollar pipe which for that price we expected to be getting our money’s worth. but instead the bowl on the pipe broke before we even got a chance to use it. it was made really thin inside. this of course made us very upset. i called them to see what they were going to do about the crappy product that they sold me, but they refused to even exchange it for someting of equal or lesser value! what about the value of a customer and pride in selling your product! dont ever shop here!!! you will be ripped off

I shopped here last week, this place is all right, decent selection of glass and tobacco (I don’t smoke) and other devices. Kind of dingy, but they’re usually open when you need them and are in a convenient midtown location. The people aren’t exactly friendly, but they’re not rude either.
