Simply awful. I ordered the Thai green curry with chicken($ 14.99) and it was inedible. The«curry» had a texture and taste more closely resembling an oddly sweet canned green chili enchilada sauce and flour based gravy. I sampled it several times, hoping it would get better, but I had to remove the last bit from my mouth. It really was unredeemable. Whoever is cooking there has no clue how Thai curry is supposed to taste. I left money on the table for the lousy iced tea and walked out.

They’re completely five star nowadays. We’ve seen our favorite server turned maitre d’ over the years. As for the plate presentation, service and management remain self-explanatory. Just do it. At the risk of resounding redundant, this is as good as it gets from my vantage point as a locally NW-West based visitant. I’m biased, granted, as it’s just east of my ‘hood. Nestled between a Motel and a reputable Mexican-Sonoran eatery, they’ve got a groovy thing going, babies.

Five Stars for one of my favorite restaurants while visiting Tucson Az. The Phở soup is always my favorite when it is offered in an Asian restaurant. It is absolutely superbly done here. I don’t know if it can be perfected. Great flavor throughout. Of course the nice thing about Asian cuisine is it leaves a good taste in your mouth without feeling stuffed like you sometimes do from eating too much meat and potatoes. And you must also order the boba tea with your meal, it’s to die for. Big thumbs up Miss Saigon. See you on the next visit.

Loved it! Just what I was looking for when I was looking for it. Lovely hostess and a lovely server. Then… The food. Spot on! I never get the Mekong Beef, but after I ordered a 22oz beer I thought it would be too much liquid with Phở. So… No regrets! It was delicious! Didn’t leave a morsel. I would’ve taken a pic of the full plate but I was too hungry. Do yourself a favor: if you’re ever on I40 and looking for Vietnamese/Thai food, come here you won’t regret it!

We come for the salt n pepper spicy prawns. You’ve got to try them if you like spicy food. They come a dozen to the order which are a bit pricey but we’ll worth it.

For every Vietnamese place I step foot into, I usually order bum bo hue. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your bum bo hue needs. They call it spicy beef noodle soup instead of its traditional dish name, which was a warning in itself. After asking our sweet waitress she replied that it was«their version of the bum bo hue,» which should’ve been the second red flag. I went ahead and ordered it anyways. When I received my dish, I was very disappointed for not reading into the warning signs I was given. The soup consisted of only noodles and flank because they ran out of the Vietnamese fish pâté. The broth was not spicy at all. I couldn’t taste any of the herbs in the broth. It just tasted salty. I guess you can’t really expect much for Asian good in Tucson! Coming from California, my palate has been spoiled. Nonetheless, I give this place five stars for the top notch service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and genuinely sweet! She made sure we were happy with our food even though I had to lie about my food. Keep up the great service!

I came here for the pad thai since I saw rave reviews about how great it was. Well, I was very disappointed. I have yet to find a good pad thai in Tucson since moving from California. Their version of pad thai here is very bland and lacks that tasty orangy tamarind sauce that I’m used to. I usually have shrimp with my pad thai but our server suggested the combination(shrimp, chicken and beef) and said it’s delicious so I went for it. Again, not only did it lacked flavor but the beef tasted rotten. The one star was for the papaya salad which was decent. Not the greatest I’ve had, but was more tasty than the pad thai.

We’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and never had a bad meal. We’ve had both lunch and dinners here, the menu is the same. We like the freshness of the ingredients, the great flavors, and the friendly service. I can’t say that I have a favorite dish here, but if you like Phở it is pretty darn good. The place does need a good scrubbing and maybe some interior updating. If you have a picky mother-in-law that goes around with a white glove inspecting for dust, this place may not be for her. It gets a lot of traffic, so keeping the place spotless is a tall order. Do stop by for their happy hour specials. They have some very creative cocktails, and their price in a big 22 oz beer is pretty good. Also check the front board for dinner specials — normally they don’t have anything not on the menu, but they often have a special prices on a few items. This restaurant will be in the epicenter of the Ina/I-10 intersection rebuild, so access might be a little clumsy while that is underway.

Some of the best Phô in Tucson comes from Saigon. I’d definitely recommend going in around 5 before the dinner rush hits and ordering some of their spring rolls with peanut sauce. The pad thai is amazing as well. The portions do not disappoint and everything is delicious. We often order the food and pick up to bring home. It is still great ordered to go. Try the Thai tea with no boba. It is one of the best things you’ll drink.

This is a nice spot. The decoration is more prettier then the other locations. Especially the little water fall by the bathroom. Definitely has a nice zen feel to this place. The servers here are very friendly. Don’t think I’ve had any bad experience with one. Definitely recommend Stephanie or Tori to take care of you, whom are helpful, friendly and funny. With a good lunch menu, $ 8.95 for an entrée includes 2 sides of hot n sour soup, egg flower soup, crab crowns or salad. Can’t really beat that. There is also phở included with that price too! Definitely a win and a good filler up. The phở isn’t the best compared to Cali but it does get up there close to it. The broth has flavor and is not watered down like other places. So give it a try, especially the combo style which comes with everything!(Beef, tendon). I’ve also tried the prawn curry from a previous visit which was definitely good! So good I kept the leftover sauce to eat later with rice! The curry was creamy and had that nice basil garnish to it! I’ve yet to try the drink and bar area, maybe next time when I’m not just craving food! But otherwise the food is pretty good.

I have eaten here once before about 6 years ago and the food was good. I came back into town recently and was excited to eat here again. Was seated promptly and then it was downhill from there. I ordered a taro milk tea and then the server comes back and says they are out of boba. I said ok, no boba. Then she comes back again saying they are out of taro. You think she would have realized that the first time around. Then a new waiter comes by saying she will be our new waiter because the other waiter is switching over to a big party. We order two appetizers and our main meal, calamari and fried eggrolls for appetizers. The calamari was mainly tempura batter, very greasy and i wouldn’t recommend it. The egg rolls on the other hand weren’t edible because they were burnt. After asking multiple people for our waiter, she finally comes back over and i show her the egg rolls are burnt and ask for a new batch. After waiting 15 minutes for our original order of eggs rolls to come out, she brings out new egg rolls about 2 minutes later and leaves. I look at them and they are again burnt. After 15 minutes of trying to track down our server and asking multiple people for her again she comes back over and takes the egg rolls… seeming unphased they were burnt. She brings over the topping for the phở and then leaves again. We wait another 20 minutes, still no phở, and keep in mind we ordered the phở with our appetizers. How long does it take to serve soup that is already made? We end up leaving the restaurant with no phở. I do not recommend this place. There are so many better phở places out there with competent cooks, servers, management. Take your business elsewhere.

If you asked me 1 – 2 years ago, Miss Saigon Bar & Grill would be a place I would recommend to others. Unfortunately, it seems to have changed quite a bit. The service is horrible — waited anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes just to ask for a wait staff! The lunch special is excellent here! I always get the number 17 phở combo with an order of their hot n spicy soup and vegetable egg roll(all for $ 8.95). If you don’t mind the horrible wait staff and looking for an awesome place to get a decent tasty bowl of phở, this is the place for you!

It is okay. Nothing too thrilling. I tried 2 dishes. I should have gotten hot peppers with the orange spice chicken. It needed something. Thai Ice tea was okay. Nice, soft fluffy thai rice. Good quality. Lovely place. Super friendly and helpful wait staff. Loved hearing Corey play music while I ate. I would go back to hear him again and try some different dishes.

We eat at Miss Saigon at least once a month. The meal always starts with the spring roll with grilled shrimp paste. They are invariably perfectly constructed and the warm shrimp paste contrasts beautifully with the cool crisp greens. Whether it’s one of the curries, pad thai, or Mekong beef, the food is loaded with umami. Their iced tea is my favorite anywhere. I found that leaving out the lemon allows the true flavor of the tea to shine through. On the down side, the staff is young and there appears to be frequent turnover, so service is sometimes spotty. It’s still worth it for the food.

Absolutely fantastic. I don’t have anything negative to say. four of us went in for lunch and we ordered a sampler platter, fried rice, pan seared egg noodles, orange peel chicken, and the teriyaki salmon. Everything was fantastic We will be going back.

5 Stars for the Shrimp Pad Thai alone. This is easily one of the best Pad Thai dishes I’ve had in AZ — the noodles are the perfect texture and sauced just right. The tang of the sauce is excellent and they can adjust the heat levels for you. There is a good amount of shrimp in the dish as well. It is a massive portion — I cannot finish it and my husband ate some but there were still leftovers. As the sister restaurant of my beloved Miss Saigon on Speedway, their phở is just as good. This location offers a full bar, and they have a list of cocktails that are STRONG. I recommend this location if you want a full sit down, date type of ambiance. They have full booths you can sit at and it doesn’t feel quite as rushed as the Speedway location(people in and out so quickly, take out, etc). Service is typical — not horribly attentive but you aren’t left stranded looking to get your waters refilled. I always want to try more of their menu but get stuck on the phở and the pad thai.

This was my first time here. I was a little skeptical because there didn’t seem to be too many people here. I was pleasantly surprised when the food came because it was some of the best. My wife had the chicken pad thai and I had the red curry beef. I forget what the actual name was for it. The spices were amazing and the texture was as well. The food was very spicy but not to the point where it would burn your mouth. I will definitely be coming here again. The prices were reasonable. We got a $ 10 gift card and afterwards the dinner was about $ 30. 100% recommended for anybody who likes Asian food.

I love the food and service here! The food seems a bit pricy but we(and everyone else around us) took home leftovers enough for an entire meal! I also got Boba here and it was amazing! We got the Crab Crowns, Sesame Chicken and Beef Lo-mein. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive, always filling up our drinks and making sure the food was good without being a «hover waitress». They started playing House music halfway through the meal and I thought it was really odd for a Vietnamese restaurant but it became nice, soft background music. You can hear the music better in the bar area, which I think it’s more intended for anyways. Also I saw someone else said that the boba/thai ice tea is «prepackaged». Its not! Boba is always served like that. They use a Automatic Plastic Cup Sealer that all boba places use.

We dropped by Miss Saigon on a Friday night around 6:30pm, and we were sat immediately and they were pretty packed! We originally sat outside, other than the train, it was really nice and enjoyable outside. Rain forced us inside, the ambiance inside felt almost like you were on a spot light for everyone to observe… so not as friendly as being outside. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was not the cleanest we’ve been too, but wasn’t the dirtiest either, but seeing some child’s greasy hand print on the window kinda made me gag a little bit and that’s what makes them go from a 4 star to a 3 star… work on your cleaning please!!! Nothing is grosser than seeing a greasy hand print in the window with food specs on it… Bleck! My hubby and I both split some spring rolls, which were fantastic! Better than I remembered from the Miss Saigon on 6th! We both had our own bowls of phở with different stuff in them, I had tendon, beef slices, and tripe, hubby had the chef specialty. We both truly enjoyed them with our boba drinks! Outside of the greasy hand print and feeling like I was on a spotlight, it was overall an enjoyable experience. I would come back, to sit outside… don’t think I will ever sit inside again at this place… just saying…

Came in yesterday because my mom and I were in the mood for asian cuisine. It was pretty dead for 4pm on a Saturday, but it picked up a little while we were there. We were promptly sat and our orders taken(however, we were sat at a table with no silverware, so I ended up snagging some off an adjacent table). They have a very diverse and interesting menu from their food offerings to their cocktail choices. I got a thai iced tea and the shrimp paste spring rolls to start. I was disappointed in both. The thai iced tea is pre-packaged(it’s served in a plastic cup with a film you pierce with your straw to drink) and way too sweet. The rolls were all lettuce, though the peanut sauce was tasty. Where this place redeemed itself was with the entrée and cocktail I ordered. I had the coconut curry shrimp with jasmine rice. For the $ 11.95 price tag you definitely get your money’s worth. You get several healthy-sized shrimp and the yellow coconut curry sauce is A-Mazing! Soooo flavorful with the perfect balance of sweetness from the coconut and spice from the yellow curry! It is served with jasmine rice, which was also perfectly steamed and really lent itself nicely to the flavor, and a little green leaf and onion salad. I was also impressed by the interesting cocktail selection. They actually have cocktails with tapioca pearls! I had the«Antioxidant Intoxicant» from their Boba selection, which is a frozen blended drink of pom flavored vodka, guava, and tapioca pearls. Absolutely delicious and worth enduring multiple head-freezes(the thing is huge and well worth the $ 8). Service was ok, if not a little cold, but we got everything we asked for in a timely manner, so no real complaint there. If I go back I’d be conflicted about choosing from one of the many other tasty looking menu options or going with what I ordered this time, minus the spring rolls.
