Melinda Louise Realty is an unprofessional & unreasonable company. As with the review above, I received $ 299 from a $ 1200 deposit. When we left the house I received 2 comments from friends helping us move that they had never seen a rental left in such a good & clean state. The expectation is that upon leaving the property you will erase any sign that you ever lived there. Accommodations for normal wear & tear are not made, you will pay for everything they need to do to prepare the property for a new tenant. Unlike the comment above, I did not experience speedy or friendly responses to issues we had with the house. In June, 2014 the AC went out in the house. It took 2 weeks for it to be repaired. Around the holidays last year there was a plumbing issue due to tree roots blocking the system. It took a month and a half of contractors coming in and out of the house & a loss of use of our laundry room and garage before the ordeal was resolved. Finally, in June of this year, the AC went out again, and it took a week to resolve. We received a $ 100 discount on our rent that month but only because I reached out to the home owners directly. I was responsible for paying the same rate, yet they were not providing the product for which I agreed to pay. I under no circumstances would ever rent a property through this company again & I will do everything in my legal power to help potential renters understand how greedy, irresponsible, & completely unreasonable this company is. Do not rent a property through Melinda Louise Realty.

We rented a house from them on 2013 – 2014 and when our lease was up we cleaned the house as there is no tomorrow. We return even in a better condition than it was and when we got out depoit back they took around 400 $ from a 995 $. We felt insulted and ripped off by them.
Also the only form of payment tehy take is check
I gave them 2 just to be nice for their response in maitance issue when we called which was only twice.

I live out of state and Melinda Louise Real Estate is my property manager for a rental property I have in Tucson. Mary Beth and her staff have been highly professional and dependable through the years. They are always friendly and prompt to respond to any need. They are truly a 5 star business.
