McDonald’s

Felicia, one of the managers there is extremely rude. I have asked on several occasions to not get onions on my burgers yet, I get them with onions… I’m allergic, and whenever I make a point of it they get upset and make a big deal of it.

Good place to come ! it is clean and staff is friendly.
Nothing special at this place but I feeling very comfortable.

I am here at the McDonalds in Rita ranch and quite frankly I am disgusted by what I am seeing. The lobby is in complete disarray. There was only 1 clean table in the place, yet there are 5 – 6 people standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing except shucking and jiving using wildly inappropriate language. There is this kid in the dark striped shirt who I think might be a team lead and he is the worse one. Setting a great example for the others. Surprise. I suspect this is one of the McDias stores because the way this store is, seems to be common at many of their stores. I often wonder if they ever shop their own stores. It’s truly no wonder why folks are going to McDonald’s less and less.
After having managed a million dollar plus McDonald’s store previously, every manager in the store would have been terminated for having a store like this.
I am amazed that no one seems to care or take any pride in doing their job the right way regardless of what it is. It sad more than anything.

The women’s restroom was not very clean. The floor in front of the soda machine was very visibly dirty. But the employees were so friendly and polite that it made up for it! I was greeted there were smiles I was called mame, I was told to have a nice day. It’s great to see friendly customer service for once! Good job Aaron!

I’m not a huge fan of Mcdonalds but the time I go through and they ask «would you like 2 apple pies for a dollar?» And I finally say yes… they forget the freaking pies. Smh and they want minimum wage to go up? GTFO here with that shit. b

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is not motivated at all an move slower than turtles. I’m trying to refrain from swearing as well. Incompetent for sure. I only order nuggets from here cuz they ALWAYS get the order wrong, ALWAYS! I just left this McDonald’s and set my timer web I got in. 15 EFIN MINUTES! Are you kidding me? One register open? Why do the make 4 of them?! Boycot this place and maybe we’ll get a Sonic here instead! Screw this place!

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are always fast and friendly. Although, McDonalds food is subpar and a guilty habit I like to indulge in occasionally this is one of the best restaurants to go to for it.

Hands down best McDonald’s experience ever. We were in and out in no time even-​though I had no clue what I wanted because I haven’t seen a McDonald’s menu in years. Well almost in and out in no time. I had to order the chocolate shake just when the machine decided to run out of chocolate. The reason for the 5 stars is the cashier apologizing over and over. Give the «man» a raise.

I only go here for the kids most of the time (since reading Fast Food Nation 10 years ago) and all I can say is WTF is up with this Mcdonalds? Sometimes their service great and sometimes its downright awful! The double drive-​through is hit or miss and today I had to ask the person behind me to back out from behind me so I could LEAVE. Three cars ordered and went thought on the outside lane while the car in front of me and I waited and waited. After five minutes of this, I left. Another thing that they used to be really bad about was not putting everything in your order.
On the + side, the staff is usually very friendly.

I wish all McDonald’s were run like this. This place was great and the employees were great too. Now McDonald’s food is realatively the same and what sets each location apart are the employees. These guys got it down!
The LA folk can learn from them!
