Terrible service. Made us wait outside for drive through food for 10 minutes before we went in and found out they had forgotten to bring it out. Also forgot one of our sandwiches. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I was just in this McDonalds, when the manager came up to me and the two people sitting next to me and told us we had 30 minutes to eat and leave. I looked over and asked the people what he meant and was very confused. So I went up and asked the manager, he said his name is Brian, why we had 30 minutes to eat and why he was rushing us. He then told me that since we were«Homeless» we had to leave and hurry up n eat. I lost my mind to say the least. The man sitting next to me didn’t have any food on his table. So I bought him a meal. If I’m not mistaken that is discrimination. You cannot kick out a person because they look homeless or if they are homeless that is illegal. The managers name is Brian so he says. Never again will I ever ever ever never ever give that McDonalds any business and I will do everything in my power to get Brian fired.

This McDonald’s needs some work. The employees wasn’t rude but they were very complacent. The store is set up so strange. No drink stand or condiment bar, you have to ask for everything from behind the counter. The bathroom was disgusting and I mean disgusting and the entire restaurant has a fly problem. The burgers were awful. The only good thing was the fries. They were fresh and plenty of salt. I would keep driving and find another location.

I have three children, so we are familiar with most of the McDonalds in town. This is one of the worst. We were there a few days ago, so my younger two could play and eat while my older one was at a party. The play area was so hot that we couldn’t sit in the room. The floor was filthy with dropped food everywhere. I had to search for a chair that wasn’t sticky. The service took forever, and my salad was old. I know it’s McDonalds, not fine dining, but there are many other locations in the area where you can have a better experience.

There is something majestic about this McDonald’s — maybe it’s the dinosaurs, maybe the location, maybe the play area — I don’t know… but the kids absolutely love coming here. So this is their review: 5 year old: «I like to play at McDonalds, have fun at McDonalds… I like to go down the slide, I’m not afraid of the slide. I always have fun at McDonalds — and I always love you guys.» My other 5 year old: «I like eating chicken nuggets, fries, and tea. That’s it — three.» 9 year old: «I don’t know, I really don’t play that often — I really like the food I guess.» Now my turn — I like how the drive thru is so fast. In the morning, I order a sausage mcmuffin no egg, and while I’m paying, the employee at the next window already has it in a bag with her hand out the window waiting for me. The sausage mcmuffin and hash browns are awesome. Not a big fan of their bugers(actually they are kind of scary). But the chicken nuggets and sauces are great, and the sweet tea is great, and the prices are perfect. I wish they would regulate the temperature in the play area a little better — sometimes too hot, sometimes freezing. Overall, 4 stars for what it is. Check them out if you haven’t already — especially if you have kids.

Let’s face it… we don’t go to McDonald’s for culinary excitement. We go because it’s cheap, it’s convenient or someone in your family(probably a small child) has succumbed to whatever mind-controlling substance they put in their chicken McNuggets and clamors for them. What McDonald’s does better than any other fast food chain, IMO, is get cars through the drive through. You know that feeling when you pull up, see the line of cars and immediately question the decision to come here. You are about to leave and… there’s a car behind you and you are stuck in the line. Then the line starts moving and cars whiz past the final window as bags of McFood are snatched from the arm that appears. McDonald’s is the epitome of a chain. They are not a charming mom and pop business. The food is not exciting or nutritious. Yet… every time you pass the Golden Arches cars are lined up like ants. They probably got stuck in line.

My daughter loves McD’s, so I take her every now and then for her happy meal, and most importantly(in her little mind), her toy! The food is like any other McD, good. The fries and my daughters chicken nuggets are always fresh and hot. The only reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because of the bad service. I was the only one in line, waiting to order a simple 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal. Their was a girl at one register, two other employees(one fixing a machine and the other trying to refill the ice cream machine), and a MANAGER! The manager was teaching the employee how to refill the machine in a very mean way, then stood behind a cash register. They were all standing behind the counter, and nobody bothered to take my order. I did notice that the guy fixing the machine wanted to say something to either the manager or the girl at the register, but didn’t. I stood there for about ten minutes, until finally the girl said,“have you been helped?” I said no, and ordered. I’ve witnessed other occasions, where the manager is screaming at an employee for not mopping the correct way or taking the wrong order. I honestly think this should be done in an office and not in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Other than that, this is your typical McD’s with a dinosaur theme!

Reviewing McDonald’s? You gotta be kidding?! Right? Well, it has the standard food you would expect, good or bad it’s the same. What makes this location is the giant tyranusaurus rex they have along the street. There is a dinosaur theme that is carried throughout the place, so when the kids are bored and hungry consider the entertainment value of the Dinosaur McDonald’s a Tucson institution.
