After failed attempts to reach this service on the advertised phone number ending in 3115, I found the cell number on the internet. Mike Answered, and demanded «who is this». I said I was referred to him for an appraisal by my realtor and read his web-​site. He said well I have been doing this for 30 years when I asked why his advertised phone was disconnected. I said it is a fair question because I am out of town and I need to know I have a good business to do this. I told him the location of the property and he said he does not appraise in that area. I said your web-​site indicates that you do, is that incorrect? He said, yes that is incorrect. I said OK, thank you. He did not hang up and I thought he was still talking to me, but he was talking to someone else and repeatedly referred to me with derogatory swear words to the other person describing my questions and our phone call. I would not recommend this business at all based on that.
