Matt Liddicoat-Home Loan For Families

I used Nova Home Loans and Matt’s services 3 years ago, before Unilocal was around or before it was popular at least, otherwise I would have written a review back then. After going through three different loan officers and businesses, a friend gave me Matt’s number and I don’t think he could have made the process any easier.
This guy deserves a medal of some kind or possibly a holiday in his honor, for several reasons:
1) Treated me like my home loan was for 300,000 and not just 90k.
2) Extremely patient working around my pizza delivery schedule and dealing with a lot of 2 minute phone calls here and there in between my stops
3) Worked very hard to make sure I was making the right choices and decisions throughout the loan process, a genuinely nice guy.
4) Name sounds like Little Coats and I enjoyed adding him in my phone to see that «Matt Little Coats» was calling, always good for a smile.
If this man put in the extra effort for a 90k loan, I would imagine he does it for 50k and million dollar home loans, it’s just how he’s built. I still tell everyone I know in the market for a home that they should call him first, unfortunately that means like 2 people over 3 years, but he’s the only person I know in Tucson that I feel 100% comfortable with giving a recommendation this big to.
