Dr. Matt Freeman is a nurse practitioner and epidemiologist at Men’s Vitality Center, Tucson. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University, a Masters in Epidemiology and Public Health from the Yale School of Medicine, a Master of Science from The Ohio State University, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Duke University. He has been in practice for more than a decade.
Dr. Freeman provides primary care men’s health services for adolescents, young adults, and adults. Men’s Vitality Center offers a relaxed, friendly, and confidential environment.
This includes:
General checkups, physical examinations for sports, school, and employment, and DOT physicals
Evaluation and treatment of low energy, weight gain, stress, anxiety, weight gain, and low testosterone.
Care of acute illnesses like colds and injuries.
Care for chronic conditions like asthma, allergies, and high blood pressure.
Evaluation of sexual concerns, sexual dysfunction, and screening and treatment of sexually-transmitted infections.
Health counseling, prescriptions and referrals
Most major insurance plans accepted with self-pay options available. Appointments urged, walk-in visits offered when available.
