Mammoth Tree Service & Landscaping

The first time, they came and showed that palm tree whose the boss. Tree is SUPER tall and bushy, but AAA Mammoth had no issue with that. They trimmed all the dead frawns and cut back on the top to leave it looking GREAT! Then they were kind enough to clean up all the crap that the tree dropped. LOOKS AMAZING!
The second time, they treated my weeds, but the weeds returned before the next treatment date. AAA Mammoth said they would come and treat the weeds for free. The crew showed up randomly at my house without an appointment and expected me to stay, but they didnt come prepared and expected me to sit around waiting. I asked that they please call to make an appointment, but they never did. Instead, the crew lied to the owner saying that we were taken care of. We spoke with the owner and made an appointment, but they were a no call, no show. We called the owner the same day, who apologized for not calling and said he’d show up later that day. But he never called and never showed. Enough false apologies and broken promises, we filed a claim with BBB. They promised to reimburse us and never did.
Check BBB, they had another complaint from someone else regarding the same thing.
