I just wanted to add because I noticed some are a little put off by Dr Lee’s very brisk«bedside» manner at times. He is actually a very caring and warm doctor but when things are hectic he can become very focused which I suppose could appear rude to someone new. Especially since Obamacare went into effect. He accepts the acchs(spelling?) program for the poor as well & since many drs have stopped taking those patients he is overloaded. He has always been through, and refuses to spend less time with each patient. He wants to give only the best. He truly cares like that. Honestly, I go early in morning so I have never had to be there more than an hour from beginning to end… Most times less than half an hour. If you dont like waits I would suggest making your appts by 9 – 930 am. He is open at 630am so I can get in before work. I understand not ever dr is for everyone but he truly is a gem so I just ask that if you have a bad experience, give him another chance. I am sure in time he will adjust to all the extra unpaid paperwork of Obamacare.

Friendly staff but Dr Lee is cold, uninterested, and gives the impression that we are an inconvenience. Every time I take my grandma there it takes close to 2 hours. I understand they are busy but when you own a business and need to be at work it can be very frustrating. There is always loud music playing in the hallway which seems a little unprofessional for a doctor’s office, especially when people might not be feeling well. While I was waiting for my grandmother near the acupuncture room I wanted to unplug the speaker because it was so loud and annoying! The only plus is that he speaks Korean so my grandmother can communicate easier with him than she can with other doctors. I’m sure they probably think I’m incredibly rude and I really try not to be but it’s hard when you don’t feel like they have any regard for you as a person.
