My mother was in beauty college when I was in the womb. I worked in a beauty salon with 14 operators when I was 12. I believe the beauty industry is in my blood.
I started doing makeup for classmates in high school. I did makeup for over a dozen senior portraits. I loved doing the makeup and how giddy they got when I showed them their new look.
Now I have a salon of my own and still get a thrill from the smiles.
