Business Owner

Dr. Larry West began his career as a dental technician in the U. S. Navy. His tour of duty included the U. S. Naval Dental School at Bethesda, MD and the Naval Air Station at Quonset Point, RI. Following his four years of service, he graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Microbiology and worked as a microbiologist at the National Cancer Institue in Bethesda, MD. Dental school at Georgetown University in Washingon, D.C. and graduated in 1970. Postgraduate education and training consisted of a genral practice internship at the Augusta, GA, V.A. Hospital and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Specialty training in clinical prosthodontics with a 2 year combined program with graduate studies in Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Missouri-​Kansas City School of Dentistry and prosthodontic clinical residency training at the V.A. Center Hospital, Levenworth, KS. Private Practice in Greensboro NC 1976 then Tucson from 1996 til present.
