After being dropped for an install at the last minute and calling 4 or 5 other Home entertainment companies, Lancaster was the only one who offered to come over to my house, look at my set up and see what they could do to make me a happy camper and at no charge. After the initial visit we decided to try out the sonos wireless audio system they let me try it out in home for 30 days before I made a decision, WOW! I decided the sonos wasn’t for me, they weren’t pushy about it at all. I ended up having them do an in-​wall speaker install they got my speakers working flawlessly and even fixed my outdoor speakers. They let me know about future options that I might want to go with. I definitely would recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their home A/​V set up.
