Dr. Schultz has taken me from mercury metal mouth to a perfect porcelain pout. I couldn’t be any happier with the results. We booked weekly appointments and he worked on two teeth per session until the transformation was complete. The process went smoothly, and my appointments were always manageable. Dr. Schultz performs routine six month cleanings himself. I’ve never had a more deep, thorough cleaning. I’ve been to another dentist in town who relies on a hygienist to do these, and for me, the experience and the results just weren’t the same. I’ve never once had to wait — Dr. Schultz is always on schedule, and he’s super efficient. He works methodically. There’s no fluff here — no website, no reminder emails, he’s a simple man with a task at hand. Recently he needed to complete some additional work on a tooth he had put a filling in earlier this year(rut ro! new decay!). He wasn’t sure if my insurance would cover the cost, so he told me he’ll comp the job if my insurance won’t pay. How’s that for fantastic customer service?! Dr. Schultz is an introvert like me, so he’s not the most talkative guy. He is however, a huge fan of University of Arizona athletics, and is happy to chat about our basketball team any time. Nancy, his wife, runs the front desk. She’s a total doll. The office is painted a clinical, sterile white. It gives me the willies. I swear that the walls glow. It just doesn’t feel welcoming to me. The collection of magazines in the waiting room is the best I’ve seen yet, and kinda makes up for the lack of ambiance. I wonder if they’d mind if I popped in just to catch up on all their back subscriptions of «People»? I live for that stuff! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schultz.
